My wife grew up in Communist Romania where they used NO numbing agent. Yeah, you get a few root canals without being numb and you probably wont ever want to go to a dentist again. It took me years to get her to go in because it was very traumatizing as a child for her. I read Dr. Hongs reviews and was impressed, so with the great reviews I got her to go in. We called and spoke to Audrey and to my surprise she was very nice and didnt put me on hold. I always hate when someone asks, "Can you hold?" then doesnt let you answer and puts you on hold. It has never been like that with Audrey. Very professional office staff. The day of her appointment my wifes anxiety was so bad she was crying. Dr. Hong was very sweet and understanding. She was very patient, she explained everything in detail, and very was very thorough. She took a lot of times getting her crowns perfectly shaped. Very detail oriented. She is a genuinely caring person which is really important to me. My wife had an appointment the next day and she said she was fine and to just drop her off. Like night and day. She has no problems going now thanks to Dr. Hong and her ever faithful assistant Stephanie. Both of them are wonderful. Makes me want to just go and get some fillings for fun.

Prior to Dr Hong, I had "dental phobia" - which is a fear of dental procedures. Dr Hong made me at ease with the initial cleaning and dental work. She explained everything thoroughly and was concerned with the HEALTH of my teeth, not just the aesthetics. The office handled all my insurance needs and were very clear about the costs. What did I like about Dr Hong and her office? - Dr Hong is down to earth and communicates well - Very gentle in the chair. Numbing shots, etc.. very tolerable, no pain - When I explained my tooth sensitivity, she numbed my mouth and addressed the underlying issue - Her dental assistant Stephanie was had an outgoing personality and was direct about what would happen next What more can I say? Dr Hong has a patient for life. Highly recommend

Took my children here for the first time and they had such good experience. Dr. Hong and the hygienist did an excellent job with my children by being very patient with their dental-related anxiety and made them feel confortable the entire time. My kids left with a smile and said they love Dr. Hong and would come back. This is a fantastic office, very clean, up-to-date technology, and inviting. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They make visits to the dentist fast, fun, and easy. I highly recommend Frisco smiles dentistry, Dr. Hong!

No one ever likes going to the dentist, including myself, its uncomfortable and have had bad experiences with long waits. Id recommend Frisco smiles to anyone! The staff is friendly and the office is beautiful. I love Dr Hong she does everything to make you feel comfortable and makes sure you are keeping up with your cleanings. I havent been to the dentist in close to 8 years and was really worried about going in. Dr. Hong and her staff took such great care of me and walked me through every step to ease my anxiety. Omg, such a great experience. I had delayed going to the dentist for awhile as Im extremely picky about my doctors. Dr. Hong and staff exceeded my expectations. I am terrified of going to the dentist and Dr. Hong put my fears at ease! When my tooth cracked, Dr. Hong filled the cracked tooth and explained the process of getting an implant, but was neither pushy nor persistent on trying to get the treatment done. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Hong for all my dental care needs!

Upon arrival it was a wonderful experience being first time patients and all we were given a tablet to fill out paperwork which I found extremely efficient. Dr. Hong was excellent in all aspects! She even made a follow up call to see how my little one was feeling after her filling. Im extremely impressed to say the least!
