I AM HORRIFIED BY THE CARE HERE AND I AM REPORTING THIS FACILITY TO THE BOARD OF MEDICINE. They didnt feel like working at 8:30 pm on a Friday night, so they decided that my child didnt deserve proper care. This place is a joke. DONT GO HERE! It will save you time and money. The first person who saw us examined my daughter, undressed my daughters wound and gave us medical advice before she informed us that the doctor would be in to see us (during our exchange we had no reason to believe otherwise). After the person who represented herself as a doctor, Antoinette, refused to properly assess, diagnose, and develop a treatment plan or redress her wound, my daughter and I asked the receptionist for dressing or bandaids to redress my daughters 20 stitches wound that was repaired by a surgeon two days ago so we could leave. We were told (and so was the receptionist ) that the receptionist was not allowed to help us. The doctor told us to get out and held the door open for us to leave without so much as a care to helping my daughter. We had to leave with her gaping wound unbandaged! WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? Certainly not Healthcare professionals! My child deserved kindness and care. These people treated us as an inconvenience because it was 8:30pm on a Friday night. They even referenced that no one could do anything to help us at "9 o clock at night". I am a doctor of pharmacy. I didnt want controlled substances. I thought it strange when Antoinette stated she didnt prescribe cough medicine for children. My daughter is 17 years old. Clinically, it makes no sense. I can write for exempt narcotics. If I wanted cough syrup with codeine I can obtain it, legally. I needed my daughter to be tested for strep throat and prescribed antibiotics if needed. When we told Antoinette that my daughters phlegm and sputum were dark yellow, she stated that didnt mean anything. Here is a excerpt from Medline: If you see green or yellow phlegm, it’s usually a sign that your body is fighting an infection. The color comes from white blood cells. At first, you may notice yellow phlegm that then progresses into green phlegm. The change occurs with the severity and length of the potential sickness. When my daughter questioned her, she was told "You WILL NOT talk to me like that!", by Antoinette. I asked the receptionist for help (My daughter needed her wound redressed after the illegal exam conducted by the assistant) and was expelled from the establishment. I wouldnt treat my dog that way, much less a human. My daughter got sick from her visit at the ER room. This imposter of a doctor couldnt even run a strep test to see if she had strep throat. Couldnt take her temperature. I had her show the "doctor" a rash she has (That had already been diagnosed) to test her to see what she would say, told us it was NOTHING. I told her what it was, she said it WASNT. Our Dermatologist would disagree. Its one thing to not know; its another to not know and act like you do. I am a Healthcare professional myself. I wouldnt recommend anyone ever go to this place. Its a racket. And I seriously doubt that the woman who portrayed herself as a doctor, has even the qualifications to take care of goldfish. Again, this place is a scam. If you need help, do not go here. The receptionist was the most skilled human that worked there. I called at 9:04 pm, hoping the number I dialed was the corporate office. Antoinette answered the phone, I asked for their corporate offices phone number, she stated they were closed, I asked why the phone was answered if they were closed. She hung up on me. Liability, exactly what this situation is.

This review is being posted approximately 20 minutes from my last and final visit to this facility and is for the 3720 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Norcross, GA 30092 location. Before this establishment was called Peachtree Immediate Care (PIC) , it was called Physicians Immediate Med. New owners apparently. I would have gladly given a 5 star review for their previous iteration, unfortunately, you dont know what youve got until its gone. Wheres the old staff? In the 3 years Ive been using this facility, and the dozen or so times Ive visited, one visit was all I needed to turn away. As part of the Healthcare industry, I am involved in medical and surgical interactions every day. As part of the normal day-to-day workings of this industry, its absolutely necessary to ensure that credentialing can allow visitors, sales representatives and engineers are given access to the hospitals and facility they look after. Part of this credentialing practice involves being up-to-date on all vaccinations, drug screens, etc. and part of this credentialing practice requires the facility which issued to the documentation to sign off on it. The facility manager, front desk, and even the doctor refused to sign off on this documentation thus rendering my companys several hundred dollar investment in my credentialing worthless. I must now explain to my company that this facility will not sign off due-- due to the random physician that saw me last year being reassigned. This means that even if you need doctors notes bearing a signature as proof to ones patronage, you wont get one. PIC, you realize that these facilities have the highest turnover rate right? This is an unfair practice to your customers who take off an ENTIRE DAY of work to get these things done. If your physicians cant sign off that the documentation that was issued by your facility as proof of its legitimatacy, dont issue it. Kindly put a sign on the door saying that you cant help with companies credentialing purposes and that your phyisicians wont recognize work done by other medical and surgical staff. For those who didnt want to read (TL;DR)-- I need a letter which states that the 10 panel drug screen my company paid for was furnished by this facility. Doctor wont sign off on it because he wasnt the one that saw me that day. The physician that did no longer works there. The manager was snooty and quite rude in his explanation. I went to this location to see a doctor for a cold, once inside I was met by the most rudest receptionist there has ever been. After my name was called to go to the back, the nurse was rude as hell. I only got nice care after my appointment was over. Then I needed to get a refill of medication a week later, and they took all day about 6 hours after my husband called and enforced that a doctor take a look to see if the medication could be refilled. This was about an hour before they closed and we were told that the doctor could not refill the prescription unless I came back in. They could have told me that when I called them this morning!!!!!!! Now I have to spend the evening coughing more because I do not have the money nor the time to go back to the doctor. All they want is money!!!! I work at a medical office and have never treated my patients this way, even if it was for a refill. At least I would speak to them nicely. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I wasnt super pleased with the front desk staff, because when I got there, the desk was entirely devoid of staff. However, by the time Id filled out the little sign in sticker, someone appeared to hand me paperwork to complete, which I did. The wait was short, but it was early on a Monday and there was hardly anyone there. Though the desk staff was meh, polite, but meh, I definitely enjoyed the medical staff a great deal. I felt absolutely wretched, but they were patient, kind, super helpful, and more efficient than I could have hoped for. They were also funny, which is nice when you feel like youre dying. I had to get two shots in my rear, which I expected to be sore the next day, but it feels like it never happened. All in all, I got what I needed and Im well on the mend. 5 stars.
