If theres an option to choose 0 star I definitely would. This place is horrible and only care about money. The 2 doctors Dr Chai and Dr Bao are pretty good especially Dr Bao, she will take an extra mile to make sure you are ok. But the front desk service is rediculous. The worse I ever seen is the skinny short hair Mindy. Her attitude and craziness should never be in the healthcare field. Learn some freaking manner and responsibility. Called her 2 times my son is sick and she question me did you have your child medicine and keep repeating herself. I was about to tell her stfu and let me talk to the dr. What in a world that the parents dont want to give meds to the children and want them to be sick. Even the doctor told me to call her if anything unusual. That mindy gotta go. Plus another angry old Vietnamese nurse that attitude also the worse at all times. She is scary that somebody piss her off everyday. I think this clinic would be a great place if they change the front desk people and some crazy nurse.

I have known Dr. Chai for years. I think she is a wonderful doctor. I have been going to this practice for over a decade. Dr. Chai spends quality time with patients (as does her colleagure Dr. Bao), which is sadly not true for all doctors. I see some of the reviews complain about the front desk staff. While they are not as exceptional as Dr. Chai and Dr. Bao, I have never had any problems with them. I find them to be friendly and courteous. The wait times are usually reasonable if you have an appointment - better than average in my experience (and I unfortunately have too much experience with doctors waiting rooms). The waiting room is simple with little decoration, and I find the magazine selection leaves something to be desired, but with a smartphone I am able to find something to do anyway. Sometimes I bring them some of my recently read car magazines, so people like me have something to read. I saw one reviewer complain about their billing practices - I have never had any issue with them.

The front desk service is horrible. The front desk lady said she cannot find the information in the system. Then I called my healthcare provider to get the benefit plan to send to my phone. I showed the plan coverage to the front desk lady who rudely refused to check. She said she has no time to read the message on the phone. If a front desk person doesnt have time to do the work then why she is still working there? She also tried to trick my payment. I asked my preventative care is 100% covered by my plan. Is there any other charges? She said " I dont know. Either you want to do your check up or not. Its up to you." She refused to respond to patients questions and rudely pushed patients to leave. Its a very bad experience.

Maddening, after spend countless hours looking for a new doctor and then finding a doctor who accepts Medicare for new patients, I was going to be charged my full yearly deductible, even though it is now the end of February and I have met my deductible for the year. I was told that I would receive any amount left over from my charge for the visit. This type of business model is not the least patient friendly and I will be reporting to the applicable government agencies because of the potential for patient fraud. Also it appears all of their patients are Asian which could figure into this.

Dr. Chai is very awesome, professional and patient. However, the front desk service is awful. I have never seen this bad attitude in anywhere else this often. All my relatives families used to see Dr. Chai, now they all change to other doctors because of those front desk ladies. They dont know how to respect people. Dr. Chai herself deserves a five stars, however her front desk ladies are holding her back. Every time I went there to see Dr. Chai I ended up with having a bad mood all day.

I love Dr. Chi, she is an awesome doctor. My kids hate going anywhere else. However, the staff is rude. Also, everytime I called I can never make an appointment. Ive called 3 times in the past 2 months and there are no availabilities. Before I would be able to do walk-ins fine. Now, Im lucky if I can make an appointment. The last time I called I was told to go to urgent care or to another doctor.

Ive been a patient for about 7 years. Dr. Chai is amazing! On the other hand the staff can tend to be rude. They are very rushy when you call to ask for an appointment or test results and are quick to put you on hold. I think the front end staff has gotten better over the past 2 year. I continue to go because I always have a pleasant visit with Dr. Chai.

Dr. chai is the best so I suggest you make an appointment with her. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help you with anything: my appointment is normally 0-1 day I dont have to wait like 2 months like other ripped off places.
