Every time I call this place or go in for services they are uninformitive and dont give you all the details. They dont go the extra mile at all in trying to help patients with their needs. They need to train their receptionists better to be more effective in making patients understand their policies, procedures and what to expect when coming in for services. I can honestly say I will never use them again as they are so incompetent at making me feel like they care.

This place is usually busy, but its quite convenient. Use the online check in to reduce your wait time. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Not sure why the other reviewers gave such low reviews. Its a walk-in clinic: if theyre busy youre going to have to wait. They often have to stop taking patients earlier than closing due to volume. Again, its a walk-in clinic not a doctors office, so thats to be expected.

Went in the clinic at 3:55 pm. There were 2 people sitting in the lobby. They told me they were not taking anymore patients. I guess I feel if you close at 5....then stop taking patients at 5...Ive worked mutiple places, and have always been expected to stay 1-2 hours after close to finish my job.

You open at 8:30. Your practice is for those in need of medical treatment. Very disappointed the first 30 minutes are spent watching the staff, including the NP cleaning the facility. Unprofessional! Response from rececptionist...excuses & babble. Will not use this facility again.

Got my first step TB done on Thursday had to come in this morning after I told them I would be late because I was at externship and they just informed me because I was 30 minutes late (like I told them I would be) that I have to start over

I was very fortunate because there were no patients, when I arrived. I found the NP to be an excellent clinician and very personable. Check-in was done proficiently. All in all an A+ experience.

Very professional, quick and knowledgeable. In amf out in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommended, better than any urgent care or ER, and even family doctor. Two thumbs up!!
