I went for annual health check up to Metro Medicals Associate. I told them clearly not to test vitamin B and D as that doesnt cover by my insurance. When they uploaded results to portal I saw test has been performed for vitamin B and D and immediately I called Metro Medicals Associate for clarification. They updated me please call us back if you are getting charged for these tests. Meaning they updated me that these test price wont come in your bill and advised to wait for the final bill. Unfortunately I received the bills for those two tests and again I called them back for clarification. The reply was very rude and they said to whom you spoke regarding this and LabCorp is charging this test and we cant do anything. I paid the total due amount So be careful you may the next person...Be clear what you are testing...

Thier time management is worse. If your appointment is at 10.00 then they will let you in by 10.45 am which is unacceptable. Secondly the front staff doesnt care about sense of urgency or doesnt respect about your time. They just take copay from you and leave you waiting for long time
