My daughter Angela was treated on 6/18 by Nurse Practitioner Pamela Kraft and nurse Jennifer Martin. I was extremely impressed by the technical expertise and compassion of her nurse practitioner. Her extremely infected finger was expertly drained. Even more impressing was the care and compassion both Pamela and Jennifer displayed when Angela became lightheaded after the procedure. They were so very kind. I tremendously appreciated the excellent care she received from Jennifer and her care provider, Pamela Kraft. It was an outstanding experience in every aspect.

The lady at the front counter was incredibly rude. I brought my 6 year old daughter in who was crying with a sore throat/ earache and completed the check in process on the computer. She said they were going on lunch and I would need to wait an hour until they got back. No where was this posted that they go on lunch at 1:30 pm. It wasnt just the position, but the disposition that was incredibly irritating.

Not well organize and poor communication. The getting in line online didnt work bc they allow people who are late to appointments to go to the top of the line. Held a spot in line with an estimated hour wait, waited at the clinic for 2 hours before being told it would be another hour wait bc of late people...sorry if you are late you shouldnt be ahead of people on time. Will not be going back.

Not part of Krogers for prescription purposes, but located inside. The staff here were very nice and easily looked at both my wife and I at the same time. Based on symptoms, they said we most likely had the same problem. Very nice and helped us...lines can get long quickly though, so arrive early - when first opens.

Excellent for what it is. I dont expect the same service as when I go to my family doctor but they still provide great service for colds, flu symptoms and illnesses. The nursing staff is friendly, helpful, very professional and knowledgeable.

I have been to this location 4 times to get a physical. 2 times the nurse is at lunch at 230 pm, 2 times they are closed before 730 pm.

The clinicians are very nice but the front desk help is poor. Expect long waits even when it is not busy. Not very friendly.
