The Russian or Eukanian nurse practitioner was rude and rushed. My son and I were in for our flu shots and of course the little boy is going to be afraid of needles, but she decided that calling him a "little girl" would make him feel better about the shot. She was condescending and had no bedside manner. Its unfortunate for that Kroger because a lot of people could benefit from their hours and convenient location. At another time I came in, there was a male nurse practitioner who was more concerned about my personal business than what he was doing which was give me a ppd test. He couldnt figure out which needle to use and once he stuck me it was painful!!Unfortunately I only go there when I have no other option. The technicians they have up front dont know what the hell theyre doing either and I work in healthcare so I do know a thing or two about the intake and assessment process.

The PA here has the worst bedside manner of any professional I have ever met. He repeatedly spoke over me after asking me questions. You can tell hes just trying to hurry you out of his office to see the next person. I have an autoimmune disorder that affects my arms and after telling him my pain was an 8/10 when I move my arm he proceeds to move my arm to take my blood pressure when he could have used my other arm (which he also did). It was just a terrible and ineffectual experience. Please avoid wasting your money here unless all your options are exhausted.

You should call in advance to see if they offer the exact services you need. I had to get a physical done for school that was extremely thorough and specific, and Dr. Jha was very considerate and accommodated to my requests. Waiting time was minimal, even though I had no appointment. Whats great is that both practitioners here are very focused on you individually. Would highly recommend going to this clinic!

I came to the clinic with an arm injury. Everyone was very friendly. They called my insurance for me to verify what was covered. The doctor saw me quickly with no apointment. The doctor was very informative and a great help. Overall I was very impressed. I plan on using this clinic again in the future.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough and competent. Highly recommend this clinic for any minor problems that dont require a full E.R.
