Horrible service. They schedule you for a early am appt then when u get there they arent open. My daughter eczema flared up really bad and she was out of medicine and needed a refill I Called, left messages asking for a call back sent messages over the patient portal about medicine refill for my child. Never got a response or phone call back. It was almost a month later when I got Fed up with not getting a response and spending money at cvs buying creams that I called and someone finally answered. I think accidentally. Then she tell me oh we havent seen your child since last year so you need to come in. So why didnt someone call back or respond to my message a long time ago and say that. On top that if you do show up on time for your appt be prepared to sit and wait for 15 20 minutes then another 15 once you do get into the back then another 15 20 after they are done to tell you you can go. Do not recommend at all. Also if you are military do not go because any forms you may need filled out for the government be prepared to pay 10 bucks per page. Including when you transfer and may need the copies for your medical record. To avoid it have your medical clinic call and get it fax to them. So that anyone can get them and see your personal information.

My experience for the most part has been fine until I needed a simple prescription refill. For two weeks I called both locations and got ZERO results. Everytime I called my pharmacist, I was told nothing had been called in. This was extremely fustrating as I had ran out of highly needed medication. They would answer and tell me that the nurse had been notified, but issue was never resolved. I feel like either they werent taking my refill seriously, or they just didnt need my business bad enough. After experiencing this, Im seriously considering changing doctor offices completely. This came off as negligent and unprofessional.

Just awful!! I have been with them for a short time. Dr. D. Harper was my physician. However now he has went elsewhere, the nurse staff has changed completely and now they have a NP who knows nothing about nothing. She was asking me questions that I was supposed to ask her. She acted as though she did not read my charts or anything. The no nurse came in to follow up after she left. I soon just walked out. Ugh Im so disappointed in the service here.

They do not answer the phone. They scheduled me and early apppointment in the morning and they were not open. I didnt appreciate that.

Cant even get a prescript called in to save my life ...,.they do too much
