Faris Salem

Truely an exceptional dentist!! I have had a fear of going to the dentist my whole life, so i didnt keep up with going to my appointments. When i went in to see Dr. Salem he really made me feel comfortable with the work i needed done. He explained everything very thoroughly to me which no other dentist has done. When i came in for my appointment he was able to do everything in the same day so i didnt have to come back. The front desk staff was extremely nice and even offered me coffee which i thought was awesome. The assistants sat and talked to me so i didnt have to sit and wait alone like a lot of offices do. All together i just loved the office and i definitely will come back to keep up with my cleanings and stuff. Huge Thanks to all the staff at Alpha Dental in North Dartmouth!!

I have been going to Alpha Dental for a while now and really like the staff and Dr. Salem. I previously went to another dentist in Fall River that messed my teeth up really bad. I didnt go to a dentist for a few years and avoided it like the plague until my husband suggested Dr. Salem. My husband had to do a lot of persuading to get me to go, but I finally did. Best thing I ever did. Dr. Salem and his staff are the best. They are really friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Salem is gentle and explains exactly what has to be done.They are very accommodating with appointments.

I always hated dentists and even the smell of a dentist office. Every dentist that Ive been to in the past has caused me so much pain with fillings, cleanings, etc. Even as a kid, they werent all that nice to me but at Alpha Dental, the staff is extremely polite and actually remember my unusual last name as well as my personal life. They ask me how school is and remember what I am majoring in and even remembered to ask if I have ever gotten my mouth guard. I would definitely recommend them. on top of it, the cleanings are a breeze with Lisa. Excellent service.

First off, the front desk staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I just walked in, never been there before with a bad toothache. They were helpful on getting me in to see a doctor within the hour without an appointment. Dr. Salem drilled and filled my tooth, was caring and gentle, and I didnt even have to pay the whole bill at the same time, I dont have insurance, so they set me up with a great flexible payment plan. Thank you so much

The most uncomfortable dental experience I have ever experienced! Dr.Salem is not accommodating at all he also lectures grown adults as if they were children. Not everyone can afford dental work. He is a wisdom teeth removal pusher - he seems to be in it for the money and is very cold when it comes to his patients. Never again will I go there or recommend them to anyone. There are better places out there to go than this dump!

Ive been seeing Pam, one of the dental hygenists since I was a little girl. She is awesome! I always feel relaxed and comfortable when I come here, as the receptionists make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. The Dr is very professional and empathetic towards his patients. He takes the time to explain the steps of the procedure and makes sure there is no pain. I would highly recommend!!!

Had a routine cleaning here in 2008. The hygienist was overly aggressive with the use of pick & scraper. Was informed I had an advanced case of periodontal disease and needed scaling. Have spent the last 5 years in search of quality dental care to repair the damage caused. I wouldnt suggest the Dartmouth MA location to even a worst enemy. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

My family has been going to Alpha Dental for many years. They are absolutely wonderful and professional, from the staff to the hygienists and the dentists. I am always greeted with a smile! The newest dentist, Dr. Yeh is kind and gentle (exactly what this nervous patient needs!) I highly recommend Alpha Dental….5 stars!

The hygienists and front desk personnel are friendly and professional. I didnt like that they messes up my tooth and wanted me to pay to have it fixed again. THEY MESSED IT UP!!! Canceled all appts. Worse dentists ever!!!!!
