If i could give this place less than one star I would Im giving it one star for the wight filings he gave me because ma health doesnt cover the white filings. I just had three recent appointments with him a cleaning and two for four filings he spent leas then 10 minutes on the cleaning and it killed like i was griinding my teeth in tin foil. So after everything was done I called him and told him all of my teeth were hurting that he just did.none of these teeth bothered me before he thought i was exaggerating the pain and told me to come in and hell tqke a look. Like no i saw u four times its been almost two months and i cant even chew on one side of my mouth and the other side always hurts even when im not eating n drinking.Anyways i went to another dentist and he told me two teeth are infected and your gums are swollen and all my fillings have to be removed and done over oh and he mossed to major caviets in between your teeth.i was put on antibiotics due to the infection I got my mouth from the use of dirty tools he also missed two cavities that I originally went in for and then he insulted me and told me he wasnt in pain because theyre just cavities . He used novacane for one tooth only. Had i known that he was taking out old fillings i wouldnt have let him touch my teeth.anyways hes an awful dentist dont go to him save your money i wouldnt bring my dog to him. I feel like he just wanted me to keep coming back for insurance or he just dosnt care or is not qualified... It was so refreshing to go to the other dentist and they talked me through everything told me exactly what was wrong with my teeth and gave me a thorough hour-long cleaning and asked me if I was in pain during the process of my appointments and just seemed like they cared and it was really refreshing and nice versus this guy who didnt even look at the teeth that I originally one and four and am you know insulted me when I told him I was in pain I was in asking for a prescription I was asking him to not my tooth .. Please its not worth it

This is an update of my first review: I did not have a good experience with Doctor Jindal (I do not recommend Doctor Jindal). Even so the customer service is very good. They called me and apologized. They offered me another visit with a different doctor. I am very grateful to them for understanding my bad experience and for their help. I recommend this place because they care about their customers and they do their best to fix any inconvenience. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The worst experience!!! The Doctor Jindal did not care for my symptoms and did not want to do the X-rays that I need and that other Doctors suggested to do ( I paid for it ) . I felt that I was a joke for him. The cleaning was terrible and painful, I had several ones before in other places and this one was terrible and too short. I want my money back. I am very frustrated and sad. I want my money back!!!!

The reception staff were super professional , friendly and courteous . Id recommend dr.dental just for the service the reception staff gave me . The dentists and hygienists were top notch as well ..however I had a very trying time with these people ..initially the dentist told me one thing then as time wore on and that wasnt the case , he told me the polar opposite without missing a beat and stuck to it . It has been seven months without my prosthetic, I have paid ( I find out now from a different dentist ) almost three times the cost for a plate I still dont have , ..so while everyone is good at their job , you really need to lock these people into a course of treatment and firmly make them adhere

Top notch, usually dentist are a nightmare but I walked in with a same day emergency and got excellent service. The two young girls that worked the front desk were as polite and courteous as they were professional. Dr. Pallidu I believe his name was a top tier dentist diagnosing the problem immediately and getting me temporary prescriptions with a helpful referral. His assistant a young Mrs looked at me initially and knew was adiment I knew what was going on with my problem. Excellent staff, clean office, professional top-tier, way above par Dentist as well Thank you the guy from March 30th with the broken wisdom tooth

I always have a great experience coming here! Dr. D and his team are wonderful people who are honest and gentle. If you want a great cleaning or looking for a great new doctor in general, I recommend either Dr.D or Dr.P. I have been a loyal patient to this office for more than two years, and I dont think I can ever go anywhere else. There is never a time when I dont leave this office without laughter and smiles, there just that FUN! Dont hesitate and make your appointment today, you wont regret it!:)

Its not easy going to the dentist especially when your not comfortable. I always have a hard time being at the dentist because I get soo nervous. However, going to Dr. Dental in East Boston in Maverick Square really helped me out. It first started with the receptionists and Luisa for making me feel comfortable and at ease. Its not easy when you have a toothache. Then the Dr. explaining step by step. I had a great experience there. Thank You Guys!!! Best, J. Granados

Evelyn was fantastic! Totally helpful... the dental assistant was awesome- she made me laugh and feel totally comfortable, but was also very clearly skilled at what she was doing. The doctor was very knowledgeable and did a great job with my teeth, I dont speak Spanish but I think everyone in the office did, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Great first experience!

got in and out so quick , the two women at the front desk i interacted with amazing and so friendly. the only reason they got four stars was because i think the doctor would rather fit the most amount of clients in. i just felt like there wasnt much time takin, but for people in a rush to get a cleaning and check up and schedule your cavity filling the next day this office is perfect

my experience there was pretty awesome from the minute i walked in to the second i walked out. i was greeted by a young lady that went by the name Yesenia Palacios and she helped me out with every question i had, she made my appointment there go real smooth. i would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The dentist is excellent and not pushy which has been an annoyance in past offices I have gone to. He recommends a plan at leaves it up to you to decide without pressure. I am very comfortable there and would recommend Dr Dental at Maverick to anyone.
