These people must be buying these reviews, check any other reviewer, like yelp. Anyway the staff IS very friendly. Its actually what first put me on my guard, all the smiles and the way they talked... it reminded me of something. A car dealership. So I go in for a cleaning, my insurance covers that and most other things. They tell me I need a filling, fine, insurance covers that too. They sit me down with "the doctor" who was definitely more like a car sales manager (what did this guy have a doctorate in? Women studies? They never did say), in regular clothes (hey he looks just like me, he must be trustworthy) who sits me down and literally 4 squares me. (If you had been to any dealership to buy a car in the past 10 years you know what Im talking about) Over $2200 to get a cleaning and a filling. Thats the first square. "But dont worry sir, we got insurance to cover 600!". Well congratufuckinlations. Square 2. "And since you are already a valued customer, bla bla bla, we are taking off 700!" Square 3. "So all you have to pay is $900!" aaaaand square 4. After that I realized why it reminded me of car sales so much. From the moment you walk in it is one big sales pitch, the going through your gums calling out numbers, like oh noes, I have a 5 depth! See if it was something that was legitimate, it would be covered by insurance. They told me no insurance company covered a "deep cleaning"? You know why? Because it is bullshit. Find a nice family dentist, that wont give you a sales pitch. If you feel like you are being sold something, you are. If you are smart enough to be reading the reviews, then keep looking. Oh and tell me Michael and Tracy arent the same person, and Tracy probably works there. Basically the same picture? Any company that needs to do that type of thing you NEED to watch out for. Edit/update: So I went to another local dentist. Guess what? No cavities. AND my co-pay for a deep cleaning is 160 total, not almost 1000 dollars. This place also gave me a run around about giving me the x-days I got. And guess what I got in the mail today even though my insurance covers it? A Bill for $255 for the exam and images I requested. Which other people on yelp claimed similar things. If I havent convinced you that the reviews here are fake, then please just go to yelp before you trust these guys. I ended up going to northern star in Danvers (or something like that) and they are incredibly awesome and did a great job with my cleaning. Ill be writing a review soon after I get the other side done. I was starting to think there was something wrong with my expectations, since this is the second dentist I had a bad experience with, but no, there are good ones out there if you look.

When I scheduled with the call center for a cleaning they did not tell me I was NOT going to be getting a cleaning at my first appointment. So when I showed up for my cleaning they told me it was just an exam and Id have to come back another day for the actual cleaning. Its not a big deal but I would have scheduled the appointment differently since they do both if it is scheduled properly. While scheduling the appointment I asked if they accepted my insurance and he said yes as long as it is private insurance they accept all except government. Great! Then as Im checking out I was told they do not know if they accept my insurance. They said they would call me by the end of the day Friday or Monday the latest and I havent heard back. This was such a waste of my time. Most of the staff was very nice however the receptionist was rude and condescending to not only me but my insurance provider calling them idiots right in front of me. I only imagine what she had to say about me when I left. Not very professional. Update: I received a letter in the mail stating that the office manager, Rachelhas, been unable to reach me by phone, yet I have no missed calls or voicemails from this office. My number has not changed from the phone number on file and it was working just fine when they called to confirm my appointment but somehow the office manager has been "unable" to reach me by phone. This place is a joke, the office manager certainly did not call me to go over any of my concerns.

My 86 year old mother whom has very little income broke her dentures. I had seen an ad on tv for Aspen Dental and decided to give them a call. They were able to see us the next day. Every person we had the opportunity to deal with that day went out of there way to accomodate us. My mother is hard of hearing and they all made sure she was understanding what they were telling her. Rich and Jess the assistants were a wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Lui was awsome with my mother and did a great job explaining why she had to do everything she did. Melissa the office manager made sure the dentures were affordable for my mother and last but not least the clinician who is making the dentures was wonderful. I was leaving town in 2 days and my mother didnt have a ride back to Peabody to pick up her dentures, so they made sure that we could have them before I left. From the first appointment to pick up it was a total of 3 days. That is pretty amazing in my eyes and my mother is so happy to be able to eat and not suffer pain from her broken dentures! Kudos to the entire staff at Aspen Dental. I will be sending you lots of referals!

Worst dentist office I have ever been to. I paid over $1,600.00 to receive a full upper and partial lower denture and I waited around for three weeks without hearing any information other than "we need to take new impressions". This place is unacceptable, I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. The office manager, Rachel, is unhelpful and very rude. She acted as if it was somehow my fault that they (or their lab) screwed up my original impressions. So here I am three weeks later still waiting for WHAT I PAID FOR. Quick update ... Have you ever called Aspen Dental and been put on-hold? Funny how they talk about being able to obtain your denture in "days, rather than weeks"

I feel that the staff at Aspen Dental are my "tooth cheerleaders". They are very supportive of my efforts to take care of my teeth. I get quality service and they are very encouraging. When I have a procedure (such as a filling or the dreaded root canal) they are very patient and help me to feel as comfortable as possible through the whole thing. If I have to have my teeth cleaned or more extensive work, at least the staff at Aspen Dental make it better by fixing my teeth and better by being great people! Kudos to Dr. Shin, Rich, and trainee, Tracy for my filling today. Special Kudos to Melissa in the office area who always makes the co-pays understandable and always has a smile.

Its a mixed review. First of all, I went in for a pain caused by my wisdom tooth. The doctor suggested removal of that teeth which my overseas doctor has advised me to do. After that a bunch of "wellness" were added like to remove all four my wisdom teeth at once, at a co-pay of a grand plus. And deep cleaning of the tooth socket also was suggested at an extra of $3600. The clinic lost focus of my problem and was trying to get me paid for everything and the estimates were very high. Declined it all. Guess they must solve primary problem, and suggest further procedure. Not all at once and estimates were way higher
