I am just an appreciative patient. This is the first review Ive written for an office I feel is very deserving of one. Ive been a patient at Gentle Dental South Boston for over a year now. For those afraid to go to the dental office, there is nothing to be feared and only good things to come from your visit. From the front desk to the hygenists,dentists to the assistants, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They know me by name now and always welcome me with a warm greeting. They are timely with appointments, no long wait. Shout out to Colleen at the front desk, the assistant, Joclyn and hygenist, Kimyen! I love the feeling of getting my teeth cleaned! The dentists are very professional and reassuring when giving me information, whether its about wisdom teeth removal to getting a crown over a cavity. I feel very comfortable in this office. My most recent procedure has been my crown handled by Dr. Tsering. She told me to let her know if I was ever in any discomfort, which I wasnt. The dentists, and all staff, are patient and always looking to give me the best oral health care possible. Both procedures went very smoothly and I was not in any pain, very happy with the service and results. Thank you, Dr. Tsering and Dr. Bliss for all the help!! The office is t accessible and has street parking, which is another plus. Gentle Dental, thank you for giving me a cleaner, brighter smile.

Amazing dentist in Southie!!!! I can honestly say I am not the best at going to the dentist twice a year like you should, it may be because of a small fear but either way my opinion has now changed. I have been feeling some pain in my teeth for awhile and finally made myself go to the dentist. After looking at reviews I saw gentle dental of south boston had great things said about them so I called and made my appointment. When I first walked in I was greated by a very friendly front desk staff, they even offered me coffee! I took a seat and saw the amazing magazine collection, I love my up to date celebrity gossip and they had all the new magazines! One of the assitants came to get me, Mirela I think her name was, but she also was so friendly, I felt right at home! Dr. Tsering came in and again another friendly face greeting me, It turns out I did have some cavities, which I assumed since it has been so long since my last dentist visit. After explaining everything to me we got started and this was an amazing experience I must say! Dr. Tsering was so quick and efficient, i couldnt believe it! I have officially found a new love for the dentist, this place was amazing and I highly suggest it! If you have any dental problems or work that needs to be done definitely go to Gentle Dental of South Boston!!!

These people have been so great to me! I have a bad infection in my tooth, and I couldnt pay twice when I went in for treatment. So the office manager calls me this morning and was so understanding and stressed the importance of me coming in to get this taken care of. So she insisted that I come in and get treated, and we can worry about the payment later! Not only did they start my treatment process today, but they also lowered my payment for this Saturday when I return. Now I can get this fixed completely and I can afford it! Also Dr. Ethan Chase is the most nicest and gentle Dr. I have ever been too! Its amazing how much these people care, and how much they are willing to work with you as far as payment goes in emergency situations like this! I am looking forward to going back Saturday morning. My name is Jade Larkin, and I am proud to say I am a patient of Gentle Dental !!!

Truely a "Gentle" Dentist!! I have had a fear of going to the dentist my whole life, so i didnt keep up with going to my appointments. When i went in to see Dr.Tsering she really made me feel comfortable with the work i needed done. She explained everything very thoroughly to me which no other dentist has done. When i came in for my appointment she was able to do everything in the same day so i didnt have to come back. The front desk staff was extremely nice and even offered me coffee which i thought was awesome. The assistants sat and talked to me so i didnt have to sit and wait alone like a lot of offices do. All together i just loved the office and i definitely will come back to keep up with my cleanings and stuff. Huge Thanks to all the staff at Gentle Dental in South Boston!!

Came in on a Thursday morning and the two front ladies was very helpful and understanding but unfortunate i felt like the doctor was to pushy about the work i need done i understand that i need work started the way the doctor kept trying push me to come back with in a few days was not helping me im just not able to pull money out of the bank and spend over hundreds of dollars i kept tell the doctor i would have to plan for next month but she kept being to pushy about everything the doctor need to learn how to easy up some times becuase she came off to strong. Over all the place is very easy to get to an easy to get appointments maybe that why she kept push me because she have no clients i do plan on going back as long as i can see another doctor.

Dr. Tsering and everyone who works at this office are caring, trustworthy, intelligent people. I have had very significant dental work over the last year and Dr. Tsering did a fantastic job of explaining the process. She outlined my options, including the costs and times involved, and shes always been available to answer any questions I had. Given the extent of the work I had done, I had the pleasure of meeting many of the staff at Gentle Dental and theyre all friendly, genuinely nice people. Ive seen them go out of their way to make kids and others who were nervous about going to the dentist feel comfortable. I give them the highest recommendation possible.

Never been a BIG FAN of going to the dentist to get my teeth clean, I HATE the sound of the drills and the tools the hygiene have to use to clean your teeth, I ALWAYS try to find a way of not going to my appointment. My first time going to Gentle Dental in south Boston was the best experience I can say I ever had and was comfortable the whole time in the chair. The hygiene Ellen made me feel really comfortable and relax the whole time, friendly and kept talking to me to make sure I was ok during the whole process. The ladies that work at Gentle dental in south boston are very friendly and work really hard at their job.

I have been going to Gentle Dental for almost 4 years, I was apprehensive until I spoke to Dr Lhamo Tsering as she carefully explained in detail my treatment plan as I came in for an emergency. From Ellen Huang the hygienist, Dr. Shainhouse and Dr.Tsering to Colleen and the staff from the front desk to have been nothing but gracious as well as making me feel at ease. I was always offered something to read as I awaited my cleaning or treatment. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental in South Boston for quality and a very relaxed atmosphere.
