If I could give no stars I would. Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and was told to sit and wait until it got closer to my appointment time. Its not like she had a line full of customers, she just went and sat down behind the counter. Are you kidding me!?! This was on June 4, 2016 my appointment was at 5:30 PM, I arrived at 5:25 after I was told to wait I even sat down and waited a few minutes before getting-up and walking out. LAZY ass heavy-set Hispanic woman working the front counter. Beware of this place you have been warned! I personally am going to quit going to the Bandfield vet chains altogether.

Dr. Duel is our fave vet! We will follow her anywhere! Also here at the chatsworth location the staff is always always so nice and accomodating, they have free coffee, tea, or juice and lollipops for people and treats for your cat or dog!
