I will be forever grateful for Dr. Amber Wheelbarger and staff of Cinema Veterinary Centre in Valencia! Our 1.5 year old Cockatiel Ralph is alive today all because of these great people. About a week and a half ago we took Ralph to another doctor for a crop infection. That doc pretty much said it was a tumor and Ralph was too weak for surgery and would die if we went ahead. We left with the thought we would have Ralph for a few more days. When Ralph was finally to tired and sick to eat or whistle my wife suggested Cinema after looking on several review sites. We took Ralph in last Thursday and met Dr. Amber. She suggested x-rays to really determine what was going on. After this she agreed there was a crop issue and felt it was not a tumor but possibly he had eaten something. She proclaimed that surgery would be the only way to potentially save Ralph. We went ahead the next day. Amber and her staff moved their lives around for Ralph and my family! Ralph went in, was put under, and the object surgically removed. He awoke and went home that night with some meds. Today we have our Ralph back to his normal self. We never thought we would hear him whistle or talk again and that absolutely was breaking my familys hearts. Plain and simple. If you need real care for your pet, and for a Vet to actually care of your pet and family, please go to Cinema Veterinary Centre! We will never go anywhere else. Thank You soooo Much Cinema staff and Dr. Amber. Btw. Ralph ate straw from his bird toys. If you have a bird remove those toys and only put wood toys and perches. you may save your birds life. I always have a pet hamster in my life. They mean very much to me. I had a sick hammy that I took into be seen at Cinema Vet Centre a few years ago. I have nothing but beautiful things to say about this place! All the staff & doctors were/are so kind & understanding. Patient & gentle, very loving! They listen to you & they all care about how the animal is feeling as well as the parents. I have continued to come back to this welcoming Vet Centre over the years when one of my babies needs to be seen. They work with you on all aspects & answer all questions you may have. I am so relieved they are here for my hammies! There arent many small animal vets near me & thank the fuzzy Gods that these amazing people are here to help. I love you guys xox

*VERY SATISFIED* Been to many vets over the years. Everyone at Cinema is top notch from the receptionist to the technicians to the two veterinarians. Although the prices are not low, they are competitive with other vets. They are very caring, professional, and the place is super clean. One thing that is a little different is that before they do any procedures, they give you a cost estimate. This is good to know, but sometimes it includes everything possible, so you...the pet owner are left to make quite a few decisions. They are very good at diagnosing problems and came up with the proper meds to help improve my senior dogs condition.

We have been using this vet since we moved to Santa Clarita, and absolutely LOVE this office. The staff is very caring and they have patience with our neurotic pibble rescue. We never get stuck in a waiting room (they dont double-book) and even when we had an emergency visit, they made room for us immediately. How many offices have employees who would lay on the floor with a nervous pit bull, in an effort to calm him so he could get his nails cut? Not many, in my experience. The people in this office truly care for, and are willing to go out of their way for, my dogs. :)

Lucky me, lucky Mazi (my Senegal parrot)! When my beautiful little bird had a true emergency, the veterinarian on duty was/is an AVIAN vet, so we both lucked out. The attention she gave my Mazi was incredible, and her knowledge was spot on. What I loved most was her tenderness, and her absolute kindness to ME. She has tremendous empathy. I HIGHLY recommend this veterinary practice, if only for the real love everyone who works here has for the companion animals who come through their doors, beginning with the front-desk people (even over the phone)!

We have taken a hamster and two dogs here. They are very sweet, from the front desk to the vet herself. I will honestly say that they werent incredibly knowledgable about our hamsters problems but Im sure thats because they dont see them too often and the vet offered to look up more info online regarding what was going on with our hammy. This isnt an exotic animal vet so we werent upset about it. But they were very gentle and loving. I trust them with all our kids.

BEST PEOPLE EVER!!! We had a major scare with our bunny and came running in like crazy people. They were sooooo gentle with both the bunny and us!!! I wish they took care of people!!!! BTW: The bunny was fine!! Update: Our rascally rabbit will not allow us to trim his nails. After an attempt which resulted in blood loss (his), Cinema Vets not only advised us by phone on how to stop the bleeding, they trimmed his nails for us for less than $10!!! AMAZING FOLKS!!!!

Love this vet. Id been to a couple of other vets with previous pets, but tried Cinema Vet when we got our new puppy and we couldnt be happier. Our little boy is always so happy to visit the vet - this, even AFTER they neutered him (I think that says a lot!) The staff is super friendly, and the doctors are great. Couldnt imagine taking him anyplace else!

Very happy with our experience so far with Cinema Vet. The receptionist is pleasant and Dr. Wheelbarger is a great vet. I find their pricing to be reasonable. I dont feel they try to take you to the bank like some other vets. I feel comfortable bringing our animals to this vet.
