OMG this was the worse experience of my life. My 10 year old English Bulldog died last night from a seizure. I was so distraught I couldnt think straight. My neighbor called this place because it was 24 hours and it was 9:00 pm and I was not going to leave him in the garage overnight. When I got there the guys was very nice until I mentioned that I ran out the house with no money or credit cards and can I come back in the morning. Thats when the horns came out. Rude is not the word I would describe him ; Uncaring, hurtful and non compassionate are the words that come to mind . I was crying and trying to decide what I wanted to do and the whole while my dog was lying in their back room . Than the Dr. had the nerve to come out and tell me not to yell at her employee and than she threatened to throw me out . He had me fill out some papers but the whole time hes telling me "we dont do this" meaning allowing you to pay the next morning. I told him to not speak to me just give me the papers to sign so that I can leave this horrible uncaring place. These people are all about the $$$ and could care less about how you feel. After there poor attitude I was afraid to leave my dog there and he was already deceased (go figure) but I didnt want to have to put him back in the car and take him home he had been through enough. People with bad attitudes should not work in the animal business. DO NOT GO THERE !! After talking to my sister she said she witnessed the same experience with another customer when she had taken her puppy there. She said the lady had just lost her dog after admitting him to there facility and all they wanted was the $$$. No compassion. It wasnt like they werent getting their money they were getting it the very next morning but apparently they needed $70.00 that night for whatever reason. I had my Mushu for 10 years when he was 5 weeks old.

I went here tonight with my kitten, he ate string and I rushed him immediately to this "emergency" clinic knowing time was f the essence. I called them as soon as it happened told them where I was and what happened. I was in their office within 20 minutes, and they wasted 30 mins of my time having me fill out paper work, then after trying hard to push for a much more expensive procedure than inducing vomiting (which could have worked since I had him in so quickly) only to then say they didnt have the drug in stock to induce vomiting and I should go across town to the 24 hour vet and try there (I told them where I lived before coming in and they didnt bother to tell me there was a 24 hour vet less than a mile from my home until they wouldnt be making a tidy profit) When I did get back over to my side of town the vet said all creatures had made it sound like they were sending a tech over to pick up the drug rather than sending me over with my little kitten. All creatures gave me the run around for so long that by the time I got to a competent vet (this 24 hour one) it was too late for vomiting to work and now my baby is in surgery. I will NEVER trust these people with my kitty and have warned my parents from taking my dog there, the vet was rude, abrupt and refused to even look at my kitten, treated me horribly and overall doesnt seem to have any care for animals.

I recently had a bit of an emergency on a Saturday evening with our 1 year old Golden. I didnt know where to turn to have our pet looked at so I turned to Yelp to see if there was a 24-hour vet in the area. Thats how I discovered All Creatures Vet Center. I figured it would cost an arm & a leg to show up at 11 pm on a Sat and probably not even see a real vet, but what was I to do, our dog needed immediate attention. So I went to All Creatures and I must say I was glad I did. First, the center is beautifully decorated and very pet AND person friendly (coffee ready to go). I hardly had to wait before an actual vet came in and checked on our dog. Wow, a real vet at 11:30 pm on a Sat night. The staff was also amazing, everyone from the receptionist to the vet techs. This place is great. But of course all this great service comes at a price, right? NO! I was amazed at how reasonably priced everything was. Again, truly amazing how affordable the visit was. Money well spent! I highly recommend this vet center to anyone seeking treatment for their pet, especially for the late night emergency vet visits.

My 5 month old Siberian Husky decided to swallow a bee. The bee didnt go down without a fight and stung the back of her throat. Of course, I was unaware that this was the issue at the time but decided to rush her to emergency when she kept coughing and started having trouble breathing. Called while in the car on the way and they immediately took her in upon arrival, the receptionist waited to have me fill out any papers until the point that the vet was already observing my puppy. The vet immediately saw the point of the sting when they looked down her throat and gave her a low dose steroid shot to bring down the swelling. They also prescribed antibiotics to avoid infection. They called later that evening to check up on her and see how she was doing. In all the years that I have had dogs, never once have I had a vet call to see how my dog was doing. Too bad they only have emergency services.

Dr. Shokar and the entire staff were so amazing when we took our new rescue dog in late last night. Everyone was calm, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and welcoming. This was not a life-threatening emergency, but we were still scared about a reaction our dog had experienced. Grateful for Dr. Shokars knowledge and thoroughness. He adjusted some medication that had been prescribed by another vet and was very reassuring. He gave us some other suggestions but did not try to push any kind of optional treatment. Nervous about what the bill for an after-hours facility would be, I was floored and delighted when it was less then what I normally would have paid at my regular vet! I also didnt realize they offer all kinds of services from dental cleanings to grooming - all at excellent prices. Thanks again, All Creatures!

Having dogs and cats are a joy to have in the family, but we all know when the time comes to make that hard decision or having to let them go it is hard. I feel very grateful for Doctor Nirip S. and the staff he had that night, that I came in with my best friend (dog). He was so empathetic to the situation on hand. He helped my son and I through a very hard situation and how he went about it I am so glad he picked this profession. It is so hard to say in words on how well he handled the whole situation from the beginning to the end. All I can say is thank you for being their for my son and I through this very difficult time. Doctor Nirip S. dont change your great work ethics, and thank you for being there for use. Thank you a grateful client
