Just some background on me I dont like doctors very much or Vets and my dog who is 1.5 has not been to one but I wanted to start bringing her to a doctor so that when she gets older I will have someone to turn to for help. Found this place online after searching through the web for a couple days. There are a lot of mixed reviews about it so I decided I was going to go here and see for myself. I filled out the online appointment setter form and submitted it. It said they would call me the next Business day. Well they didnt. They called me the day after though. I talked to Ben and he set me up with a 9:15 am appointment on Tuesday. He was very polite for the most part. Though when he asked about our history with Vets and I told him we had never been to one he assumed that she must have gotten really sick and I was now looking for some help. Wrong Ben. But when I explained the situation he laughed along with me at the mistake. Tuesday I was running late due to traffic. I walked in the door and expected to hear about how they are busy and I need to be on time, but they said nothing about it. Instead Ben asked for my last name and within 7 min we were in exam room 2. The room was a bit small but clean. 5 min later Doctor Walker came in. She was a very sweet lady. Asked some good questions and answered mine as well. Tinkerbell seemed to like her too. She examined Tink and all the while talking to me so I understood what she was doing. She ever warned me before she took her temp and what her reaction might be. Same for the shots. I may not have a lot of experience going to Vets but I am a very strong personality and I tell it like it is. If I find something wrong with this place you will definitely hear about it, but until then I say they are a great place to take your pet especially if you have never been to one before.

This animal hospital is only for the general animal care. The veterinarian who was suppose to be an expert for my rabbit and ended up charging me $300 for one x ray image and to find that he couldnt interpret the picture neither could the x ray technician. He said they only do general work on animals. This place is not the right vet to go to for major issues with your pet. Its only good to get a general check up. They staff at this location wasnt the best of customer service. The young ladies there have attitudes like they work at a retail store. Their rude when they want to be and seems they can get away with it. Their very young and immature. I was sitting next to an older man whos dogs toenail fell off and started bleeding all over the floor and these girls didnt act upon the situation professionally. The man was upset that they looked at this situation as an inconvenience to them. I would not recommend this place until they actually get some knowledgeable and more professional staff. Even the vet told me himself as an excuse for not giving me any information from the x ray that this location has been around only a few years so their still new to things. This is not acceptable for the line of practice when your working on animals. Take your pet here at your own risk and do ask and compare prices for x rays treatment, or check in before coming in.

I have taken pets to Adler Vet Group since the 1970s. Ted and Craig are simply astounding. Though the practice is very busy they treat the animals with care and respect that some human doctors could learn from. In addition to typical house pets, we have a large collection of turtles. When one of our rare Asian turtles became ill, Ted Adler was amazing. He was truly knowledgable and ran tests that no other vet had ever tried to determine what was wrong with this particular turtle. His data and his treatment suggestions saved this rare animal. I would recommend Adler to any animal lover.

Today I took my Netherland dwarf bunny there because he was really sick in other words he was dieing of an infection in his tummy and they were so helpful and now hes totally fine hes jumping around really happy and Im glad☺ I got a recommendation to see Dr . Adler but I got help from Dr. Camelio and she was so nice and was so caring with him. If my bunny has to visit a vet again which hopefully he dosent but just in case Ill totally go back to this place great service and to me was not expensive as I thought it would be . just the best animal hospital ive visited for my animals by far.

I recently had the sad experience of waiting for my appointment while a family was putting their loved dog down. The employees were gracious and caring, and showed genuine kindness to that family, as well as those of us in the waiting room. Afterward, I was very comfortable and happy with the care my dog received that night and would recommend them to others.

Dont go there!!!! rude vets trying to rip you off. When the surgery done they try to change me $200 when nothing extra was done explaining I didnt understand the bill, what!!! Its written the bill, how you dare saying that!! additionally, they ruined my pets legs by cutting a nerve that controls the legs

I took a tour of the "pet resort"! What a hell hole! Rows of cages in small rooms, excrement all over, and the smell was disgusting! Several of the dogs were outside in the heat, panting, no water! one attendant for dozens of dogs! BEWARE,BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!

I have had several pets and taken them all here . Not only do my pets love going there, they are loved while there! They have vets, hospitalization, emergency care, grooming and boarding all in one ! Reasonable prices too!
