Posting from my sisters email. My name is jessie my furbaby is diamomd Alva....heres my experience the past 2 days.... When i first got there i filled out paper about diamond. Than they gave me the receipt for all the medical treatment they were going to do and i signed it. Yes i read through it and got a copy. Thats ALL i was given as far as paperwork. They took diamond from my little sisters hands before we could say bye i figured because it was urgent my babies sick . i was there 5¬10 minutes tops. They said to call everyday and check on her and that they would not call us unless something bad happened because they would be busy otherwise. So i left. i called at 9:30 am today the minute i woke up. And they said the doctor was making his rounds for me to call back at 11 ..i called back at around 10:50 and they had me on hold forever..than said the doctor said for them to let me know she was in critical condition to call back at 3. So i called at exactly 2:54pm they had informed me my babie had passed away..they said they were just about to call me with the paperwork in their hands. i asked how? they said parvo(obviously i knew that) i asked if they had copies of her vital signs before and after she passed and they said some mumbojumbo didnt make sense saying yes thats parvo" ???? Which didnt answer my question at all. I asked if i could pick her body up they said yes. So i found a ride around 5 i called them to let them know and i also asked for her time of death. The lady said 3 pm. I responded "how? If i called you at 2:54 ? She said well she died like 10 minutes before you called,i was going to call you" i just said ok and went to pick her up. Waited a long ass time they finally came out with a box and my babiie inside and her cage i made my bf check to make sure she was really inside.... When we got home i made my bf look at her again first.... Than i looked at her..she was given to me wrapped in a pink towel with bleach stains on it..in a dog cookie delivery box. The towel was wet when i touched it dont know from what and i also took pictures....before unfolding the towel and after. My babiie still has an iv sticking out of her frozen leg..which i thought was odd... Now ive been researching more and more and i found this review anorher per owner posted about "alexia tiraki¬kyrklund" . if i wouldve seen sooner i wouldve never taken her here. I looked up the lady and its the SAME exact lady I SEEN there with mt little sister on july 29 when i took diamond in for help. And than today my boyfriend came with me and seen the same lady that i seen which is the same lady in the pictures off google who was prosecuted bavk in 2007 for animal cruelty!! 16 months put away and shes back at it!!

I took my baby Brownie Lopez in on Monday, they made us wait forever despite his condition. When we got in the room this Vet whos name I forget came in mad and rude as hell to check him, she did mention he needed emergency surgery right away. When she left the room one of the receptionist came in and told me the price of everything, I started crying becuase I didnt have the amount but told them I could make payments. The owner of the place came in the room and agreed to let me make payments I was extremely happy. After I left my dog there I called everyday at least 2 times a day to check on Mr. Brownie the receptionist would always tell me that he was fine. Finally Saturday came around and I was excited to bring my dog home, I have his mom and dad and I know we all missed him so effin much. When I got there the owner came into the room I was in and said they had to perform emergency surgery on him, I was confused and asked if I could see him. When they brought my dog into the room My babys stomach was bloaded and smelled so bad. I kept calling his name but he couldnt even look at me, he was so weak. They took Brownie in for emergency surgey, 10 seconds later the owner came out and asked me for permission to euthanize him. I started crying non-stop what the hell? I was told he was fine! Brownie had blood and poop stuck in his intestines and it had been building up from the last week. I was told that he would not survive the surgey to let him go. I would have rather gotten stabbed, I cried for 3 days and missed work do to emotional pain. I was told I could get his ashes and paw print and I paid for it in advance $200.00. Its 2 months later I call every week at least 3 times a week and they are still giving me the run around. I still dont have my babies ashes and I will keep calling until I do. This hospital is good for cheap shots thats it! If your dog is suffering from something anything take them elsewhere. I wish I could go back in time get a loan and take my dog somewhere anywhere else. I trusted these people with dog/baby and if they would have performed surgey when they told me, my dog would be here today, playing with his family in our back yard. To add insult to injury they still want to charge me for what they did not do. I miss you Mr. Brownie please forgive me for leaving you, and trusting the wrong people. Sadly his death was better then being at the pet care center. RIP BROWNIE LOPEZ I pray that I can spread your ashes in our backyard soon baby.

AVOID.LIKE.THE.PLAGUE. THEY LOST MY CATS BODY OR ASHES. These people are FROM HELL, and I do mean that literally. I KEPT TELLING THEM A ROOMMATE ADMITTED TO POISONING MY CAT--THEY KEPT SAYING, WELL DUH, WE DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH HIM, IS IT A TUMOUR?? I SAID "FOR GODS SAKE PEOPLE IM TELLING YOU THE ROOMMATE SAID HE POISONED THE CAT!! TREAT HIM FOR POISONING, THATS THE DIAGNOSIS!!" THEY FAILED HIM, COMPLETELY. THEY STARVED HIM, TOO, THEY WOULD NOT DROPPER FEED HIM, WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY HE WOULD HAVE CALORIES. THE VET REFUSED TO TRY TO DROPPER FEED HIM--SAID "WE DONT HAVE TIME TO DROPPER FEED" -- THEN ONE TECH SAID SHE WOULD DO IT, AGAINST POLICY. THE NEXT DAY THEY TOLD ME TO BE THERE AT 3 TO SEE MY CAT WHOM WE THOUGHT MIGHT DIE--THEN MADE ME WAIT TIL 6 PM TO SEE HIM--(they even said, "he knew you were here, he heard you talking in the hallway and started meowing for you.") AND IN THE LAST HOUR OF HIS LIFE (WE LOVED EACH OTHER FOR 12 YEARS) INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON HIM, THE IDIOT EVIL DR. LUCE CAME IN AND TALKED TO ME ABOUT ALL KINDS OF CRAP, INCLUDING HOW SHE GOT HER LAST NAME, MADE A SICK JOKE ABOUT HER NAME BEING "LUCE" BUT SHE THOUGHT OF CHANGING IT TO LUCIFER! PEOPLE, ITS MUCH WORSE THAN I CAN SAY IN THIS REVIEW--THAT WOMAN LUCE IS REALLY TRULY A SATANIST. SHE.SAID.SO.HERSELF. i could go on, if you need more info or want to start a class action lawsuit private message me from facebook. I CALLED EARLY THAT MORNING, WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK AT 11 AM, WAS READY TO GO SEE HIM AND WAS TOLD HE DIED OVERNIGHT. THEN THEY LOST HIS BODY. I GOT A LOAN TO HAVE HIM CREMATED. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS, THEY WOULD CALL ME. THEY NEVER DID. THREE MONTHS LATER THEY CANNOT FIND HIS BODY OR ANY RECORD OF HIS CREMATION, TOLD ME THEY WOULD EMAIL ME CONTACT INFO FOR THEIR CONTRACTOR BUT NEVER DID, NOW THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL. GODDAMN THESE ACCURSED WRETCHES TO HELL, TO HELL I SAY, AND LET STINKING "LUCE" BE ASS RAPED BY SATAN FOR ETERNITY. GODDAMN THE PET CARE CENTER AND THEIR DEVIL-WORSHIPPING "LUCE." A MILLION CURSES, SHUT THIS HELLHOLE DOWN!
