I needed a new dentist and West Cobb Dentistry was recommended by a family member. I have had a dental cleaning with x-rays and cavities filled. Dental Cleaning with X-Rays: Not too bad for a cleaning. The hygienist was not too rough and was efficient. The dentist came in at the end to check everything and discussed my cavities. I appreciated how he explained everything. This was not my first trip to the dentist, but I dont think Ive ever had a dentist that was as detailed. I appreciated this aspect of my appointment. My only complaint is time in the waiting room for this specific appointment. Im a very prompt person and my time is valuable, as is everyones. I dont have a problem waiting, but I do have expectations on waiting for an appointment that was scheduled unless there was an emergency. Cavities Filled: I am very sensitive in my mouth and let the staff know. I was very pleased with how they gave injections, numbing the area first with the swab before. Ive had bad experiences at other dentists, so this was an A+. The appointment was uneventful and quick. A few days after the appointment, I noticed I was all of a sudden sensitive to cold and it hurt to floss between the 2 teeth where I had filled. I called the office and they were able to provide details on what could cause it - the filling shrunk or its just sensitive for a little while. They were able to provide me with something to help desensitize the area as we waited to see what happened. I will be following up as it looks like its more than sensitivity, but Im sure there wont be any issues if anything needs to be corrected. Overall - Im impressed minus the waiting time of my first appointment. They are very clear about what your insurance covers and are happy to answer any questions you have. When I experienced the sensitivity, the woman that manages the office called me on her day off to help provide a solution so that we could see what happened. That is an A+ for customer service. Im very satisfied and will go back for future dental needs.

I have only been using West Cobb Dentistry for a short time now; however, I have needed a lot of work on my teeth and from my very first visit their staff has been excellent. Beth was very encouraging at my first visit with my cleaning. With the fillings and more extensive dental work both Jenny and Sissy have been friendly and provided great care alongside Dr. Sumner. Dr. Sumner is always very thorough and has taken the extra time to explain all procedures and answer all of my questions as well as making sure all of my dental work is of the utmost in quality from smaller fillings to crowns. She takes her work very seriously and is also very pleasant and personal. I have a lot of experience with different dentists in the area and after a long search I am very grateful to have this honest office and quality dentist so close to my home.

The state of Georgia insures that every practicing dentist is professionally certified, but what makes this practice outstanding from others is their friendliness and their competence. I have recently moved to Cobb County and I am extremely pleased with West Cobb Dentistry. You notice it first as you interact with the office staff. They are accommodating and helpful. They exhibit that they enjoy what they do and they treat patients with respect and kindness. The dental assistants and the dentists perform their tasks with skill and compassion. They do all they can to allay any anxiety or apprehension the patient might have. They linger long enough to discuss everything so that when the patient leaves, they leave well informed and included in the plan for their dental care. I highly recommend them.

I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this place for your children. My poor baby has had so much work done by this place (Not by my choice. Fathers choice. Were separated, but now he FINALLY understands why I hate this place.) They put a spacer in, but then had to take it out because a permanent tooth was growing in. What was the point of putting in a spacer if the tooth growing in called for its removal anyway? They also decided to pull my sons tooth out because it was "loose" and it "needed to come out." Thats not true...teeth take time to come out. Im furious with how this place has come up with several excuses as to why my son needs dental work. I refuse to let them touch my babys mouth again. Theyre trying to support an income, not a community.

Only always good things to say about this practice and all the staff! Our family has been with the practice for a number of years and have been very pleased. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They are considerate of our time, never any long waits. Although they are conscientious about explaining what is needed and what may be a possible issue in the future, they are also very good about not pushing the cosmetic extras. Very happy to have found West Cobb Dentistry!

This is, by far, the best dental exam experience Ive ever had. As soon as I entered the office, the staff were extremely friendly. The hygienist, Brittany, was so friendly, comforting, and gentle! I tend to be sensitive when it comes to cleanings, but I never once felt uncomfortable. Dr. Hall was extremely nice and informative. He made sure I understood any problem areas and a thorough plan of action. I will definitely return, and I hope you give them a try, too!

Extremely nice staff, helped with insurance.and took my appt call even at 5pm yet never rushed me. Dr Hall is personable and professional. Exceptionally clean office. Hygienist was careful and thorough. This whole experience exceeded expectations! All the positive reviews I saw on our insurance website were definitely earned. Very positive vibe from everyone working at their office.

Well, I have been to ALOT of dentists over the years. I was married to someone who was in the air Force. So I have seen my share of good dentists and bad ones. Kellie and the team at wear Cobb are by far the BEST ones I have ever had the pleasure of using for my teeth needs. I could not be happier!! They really treat you like family there. They are definitely my forever dentist team.

Ive been going to West Cobb Dentistry for about 4 years now and Im very pleased with the consistency and efficiency of this practice. My hygienist, Beth, does a great job of cleaning my teeth and giving me honest feedback on how well Ive been brushing/flossing. Beth and all of West Cobb Dentistry run a top-notch office and make the dentist visit as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Chase and the staff from Libby up front to Kelli, the Administrator, and to Vicki, the hygienist, were all wonderful to deal with. Ive been going to West Cobb Dentistry for several years now. Like most people I get a little nervous about dental work. The staff here have always made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Hall and his staff are all very professional and well trained. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a dentist.
