DOUGLASVILLE OFFICE Constantly trying to get more money out of my pocket. This has happened four times to me in the last year. I am done! First, they gave me a quote for services, I signed, had services done. Get a bill for $380 more than original quote. Second, get quote for wisdom teeth removal. Comes to nearly $1000 out of pocket. Called my ins co and they said it should not be more than $300 out of pocket unless anything unexpected comes up during extractions. Sent my estimate to a friend at another dental office in Cobb and they came back with $600 of charges that are not needed and those $600 just happened to be the exact ones insurance did not cover. The kicker here is they wanted to charge me $250 (not covered by insurance) as a set up fee. What are they setting up? They refer wisdom teeth extractions out to a dentist in Canton. Something seemed shady to me on this. Third, I had gotten a bill with a balance due from first reason above. I asked them to review quote and what insurance paid and asked since the quote was incorrect was I stuck with the full amount due or could we meet in the middle somewhere. She said you are out of luck the whole amount is due. Paid on the spot knowing that was my last time there. And fourth and final, this same bill from reason three they charged my credit card more than what the bill actually stated. Called and said they would research. Have not heard anything yet. On the other hand, I will say Dr Williamson gives the best shots. I hate shots in the mouth but he is so good it does not even hurt. And Tammy (the hygenist) is AWESOME!

You can can me CRAZY if you want, but I just had one of the BEST experience I could ever had at a Dentist office. I just had a my teeth worked on (ROOT CANAL) done and Dr. Williamson over at the BYRD DENTAL GROUP, did an AWSOME job, he did not HURT me at ALL! I had a Root Canal done once before it hurt me so bad, I said I would NEVER have another one done, but I am VERY VERY PLEASED with the man and the work that he did on me. So.....THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE DR. WILLIAMSON!

Dr. Williamson is the absolute best dentist! He does phenomenal work and very courteous. He takes the time out to explain services and outcomes. I get compliments all the time on my teeth. The staff is welcoming as well with the exception of the office manager (I think her name is Julie). She can be condescending and never smile.

Very unhappy with this dentist. They lied to me. Told me I need a bunch of work done that I dont need. Refused to do a regular cleaning. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. If you dont wanna be lied to & refused service, dont use them!!!!!!!!! I hope they close one day because of how they do people.

This was an office that made me comfortable from the start. Everything was explained in detail. My experience was wonderfull from the front office to all in the back. I did not feel like the doctor was rushing me in and out. Great office.
