I saw Dr Lara Gutierrez about a week ago and she was very nice and kind and informative. It was my first time in a very long time getting my eyes checked (10+ years) so she ran almost 20 tests (not and exaggeration) to make sure I was taken care of. I used my medical card-which I am always wary of how I will be treated because of it-and was treated with respect and care. I also forgot my debit card- I needed to pay 46 cents in taxes and asked if i could pay for it with just the numbers to the card-when the woman who was helping me said "yes but hold on a moment" and went and got 46 cents for me. She went above and beyond what she should have done for me and i am very grateful. The front desk staff could be a bit more helpful when you walk in-they didnt say hi, i had to ask if i needed to check in and when they handed me paperwork to fill out they didnt point me to where I could sit to fill out the paperwork. This is the only reason this review is for 4 stars not 5. I was also quoted 2 weeks for my frames and lenses but got them within a week! Would recommend!

Appointment with them was fine. However, trying to get a copy of my RX was a hassle. They wouldnt give it to me over the phone or by e-mail, but offered to fax it or allow me to come pick it up. They claimed this was part of their "privacy policy." So youll send it to some random number, but not e-mail it or let me provide all of my info over the phone as verification? Makes a lot of sense. To show you just how important they take their privacy policy, I offer you this... I rode my bike 30 minutes to get there to pick it up in person and they just handed it right over to me... didnt even ask me for an ID or anything. Well played, PV. Never coming back.

I had my appointment at Pearle Vision a couple of days ago. I saw Christina Diaz and Dr. Grace when I came in for an eye exam and to get contacts. They were both great, were extremely helpful, and patient with me since it was my first time learning how to properly put in and take out contacts. They also had no problems answering any questions that my mother or I had.

Dr. Contreras is one of the best eye doctors Ive worked with. It was a pleasure working with him and the staff. Jessica H was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. She was very patient with me as picking out glasses is not the easiest thing to do, and is quite the investment.

Doctor was proffesional. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the staff. Worst customer service skills. They made me feel like if I was begging and bothering them as soon as I entered. On their phone, no respect for the customers coming in. Shame on them.

Exam was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. It only took me two days to order AND receive my frames/lenses. Make sure you ask for your prescription at your appt. getting it after is like pulling teeth and they can only fax it.

I give this place a lot of praise. I have never had glasses before in my life, and they made me feel comfortable and informed to all possible aspects on acquiring a new accessory to my vision. Very knowledgeable people with great service.
