I had the earliest appointment on a Monday. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. I did not want ex-rays. I have heathly teeth!!! I was forced to have ex-ray after waiting in the Lobby for over an hour. I waited and waited. I had a quick check up and finally a cleaning. I was at the office from 9-1:30. Yes 4 1/2 hours to have my teeth cleaned! Waste of my time. I meet with someone regarding costs and I was told my insurance would cove the intire bill. Now I receive a bill for $108. Insurance stated over 1/2 the bill should be written off. Now I get to spend more time fighting the bill. Yikes what a complete waste of my time! I wasnt going to complain until I have to waste time fighting over the bill. I do not recommend.

I can not say enough good things about the Gallatin TN. Office after having a very bad experience with another location. I was ask to visit the Gallatin office where what you get is the best dental care I did not see one person there that did not go out of there way for me. As I watched the other people coming and going they all had smiles very happy. When I left with my new dentures I had never felt so special and cared about this is an exceptional location that goes out of there way to make you this very special patient thank you all of you for the happiness you have given to me I now am blessed with a truly beautiful smile,,, Diane Stone

Made an appointment at 6pm. Arrived at 5:50. Was signed in and had my paper work done at 6:05. Close to 7 I was taken back and had Xrays done. I was left in a room another 30+ minutes until the doctor came in to look at my xrays. At this point she decided I needed to be rescheduled to come for a cleaning.... Isnt a cleaning what I should have gotten to begin with? Was at the office almost 2 hours just to have to return at another date for what I thought I was there to do to begin with. Jennifer in billing/insurance was so very sweet though.

Wasnt impressed at all! It was late in the day and I could tell that the only thing they were thinking about was getting out of there on time. Everyone rushed through just to get me out the door. They gave me a prescription and when I got to the pharmacy to get it filled, they had forgotten to sign it. So I couldnt get my prescription filled and the office had closed. I took a chance and drove back to the office and found an employee still inside. Long story short..... I got my prescription filled but I will NOT go back!

Aspen was ok, got my tooth pulled everything ok I do have a complaint about the payment...I dont have dental insurance, but I have a Care Credit card..I ask if they took Care Credit before I made my appt..they said yes..Well you have to spend $200 to use Care Credit...My bill was $153 so therefore I couldnt use my card....Sorry, but that sucks!!!! Ive used my card at the vets, eye care, etc..and bill wasnt 200 and they still took it..NOT GOING BACK TO ASPEN DENTAL also very understaffed

VERY disappointing if I could give them zero stars I would.Sat in the waiting room for an hour past appointment time before being called back. Then sat in the room waiting again for another at least 20 minutes Scheduled a check up & cleaning & they didnt do the cleaning, instead got a high pressure sales pitch trying to sell me a deep cleaning. Wanted $1900.00 for each myself & my wife. Needless to say we wont be going back & will not recommend Aspen to anyone.

From the time I entered the office I felt relaxed. The first time in my life in a dental office and I have been in a few. The staff in this office is EXCELLENT from the receptionist Tameka, x ray tech Erica very concerned, to the care I received from Doctor Sanders was excellent and to top it off the office manger Jennifer took the time to explain my options. This staff in this office deserve more then five stars.

This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. From start to finish it was first class. I especially liked my hygienist, Macaleb (not sure of the spelling) and the doctor. Both so thorough and I believe really do care about their patients. And no surprises when it came to paying the bill. They have me and my trust! I highly recommend them.

I was a bit hesitant to go to Aspen Dental, but it was the only dentist in my area that was approved by my new insurance company. I was SO pleased with the clean office, the attention I received, the professionalism at a very comforting level. The workers, Dr. etc. were so well educated, respectful and friendly. I would recommend them in a second. Very Pleased.

I love this office in Gallatin, Tn. and the staff! Michelle the hygienist is wonderful as well as the doctor on staff there. They make you feel right at home while doing a super job. I have been to a lot of dental offices over my 65 years and this is the first one where I look forward to my visits instead of dreading them. Thanks to all of you at Aspen Dental!!!

Aspen Dental is like no other dentist office you have ever been to. They are awesome. They talk to you.. They laugh with you and yes they even share your pain. The dentist and thief staff are actually just people like you and me. They make you feel so comfortable that you really forget what they are doing and before you know it ... It is over...

Windy Hunt

Everyone there was so nice. The dentist made sure twice before extracting my tooth that I was numb and comfortable. The surgical extraction took only a few minutes and they gave me a discount so it didnt cost me An arm and a leg. Great people and prices. I would recommend them to anyone with no dental insurance. The prices are great.

The staff is wonderful, and they take the time you need to explain everything, even if they are busy. They exemplify what true, fantastic service should be. My husband was terrified of the dentist, but I referred him here because of how wonderful they are. He loved them as well! Im so happy I decided to choose Aspen Dental of Gallatin.

I was very nervous. My teeth are very bad and Ive put off dentistry partly due to my fear of being judged. They made me very comfortable. They listened to my concerns. There was no judgement. No lecture. I had my X-rays and exam and will be going back next week for my first appointment to begin the process of getting my smile back

Silence Dogood

Are all these other reviewers still high on the gas? This place made me feel like I was getting dental work done in Pakistan. I wont say they were unprofessional, but I will say it was like what youd expect from a dentists office while on vacation in some poor country.
