F.M.L.R. EyeCare earns all five stars. They are professional, experienced, and patient, giving quality individual attention to each client. Their frames are organized and they are able to properly fit them to your face, answer your questions, and help you choose a style and lenses to suit your needs. They are personable, have flexible payment options, and have good quality glasses. I saw Brian Christensen for my exam and Jennifer Pittman helped me choose the right glasses. The were both excellent, as was everyone else I encountered at the First street location. My glasses were ready ten days after my son paid for them with a credit card over the phone. Trifocals take time getting used to, but it sure is nice to not have to switch between three pairs of glasses for every task. I highly recommend F.M.L.R. EyeCare.

I have no idea why the two bad reviews. They dont even state why they were unhappy. I have been going here for quite a while. Dr. Fogg is wonderful. I also saw Dr. Remmington once. He was also wonderful. Only once did I have to wait quite a while, it was a Monday. I just know not to book Mondays in the future. Monday Anthony was first to see me. He does the pretesting, and asks questions. He was fantastic. Very informative. Hope hes on his way to the top. Then another assistant came in, and updated info. She was also good. Then I saw Dr. Fogg The whole staff is great. They are all very professional. I have several different procedures done here. The staff is also fantastic at the clinic where they do eye procedures. I have NO complaints. Couldnt ask for better.

Incompetent staff that tell you one thing than when you get there for your appointment tell you that they cant see you cause what they told was wrong. They set there at the desk asking some else what do I do? Talk about patients medical record at the front desk, Will not let my daughter return.

I am 50 and just received my first pair of eyeglasses, have been their several times and they were wonderful. I would prefer getting a hold of office personal when I call, but the times have changed. All in All I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Dont know why it has 2 bad reviews. I have been going here for several years and never had a problem. Love going here for my eye exam, they treat their patients good.
