On behave of my mother Maria Aurelia Guerrero a monolingual client who has been receiving services by this center for the past couple of months.. Mother has complaint to me twice, since there is no Spanish speaking staff in the center that the receptionist are rude and have cancelled two of her appointments ( one being this week) without notice. Mother mentioned that when she get to her appointment, the receptionist tells her she does not have an appointment and that she has the wrong date. My self-have even verify the appt slip given by some (Sara) girl in front office and it said the date of the appt. it is very inconvenient and not very professional. you tell me. Oh and not apologies given either. She said she felt there was racism in the office and treated her like if she was illiterate. Did I forget to mention she lives in Sunnyside, does not how to drive to Yakima by herself, therefore she has dad miss work so he can take her.

Every time I bring my mother for an appt the wait is roughly about 1.5 hrs. 30 min in waiting area, another 30 min in exam room, and another 30 min at a different room to actually see the Dr. It never fails that the office overbooks literally a patient every 15 min. Customer service is obviously not a priority.
