Worst experience EVER! Something happened with Dr. Hearnes optician committing fraud which has absolutely nothing to do with the patients. I was called and told my glasses were ready. I went to pick them up and was told optical is closed because the optician was dishonest and my glasses were flagged as suspicious and I couldnt have them. I still dont know what that means because no one would explain it. The staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE and condesending to me to the point that it got me upset. I was being treated as if I had committed a crime. The girl that came out to talk to me (apparently Dr. Hearns daughter) after being caught bold face lying to me and acknowledging that she didnt care, told me she could get papers filled out and then in a day I could get my glasses. That was Wednesday. After not hearing back I called on Friday and was told I could only leave a message. After not hearing I called today (Monday). Dr. Hearne himself got on the phone and immediately started being rude and wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise. It just kept escalating to the point that I had to yell to try and be heard. I finally said I just wanted my prescription so I could get my glasses elsewhere and that I was going to leave bad reviews about him. He then said he was going to call the police on me because I threatened him. I said I didnt and he then yelled at me that yes I did, I said I was going to find him where ever he was. I said nothing of the sort. My husband took the phone and tried to reason with this lunatic so I could get the prescription. Dr. Lunatic then told my husband if either of us come to the office he will call the police for threatning him. He said he was mail the script. Now, since my insurance only pays for one exam a year, I am out of luck for getting another eye exam because who knows if he was right about my diagnosis. So thats my experience. Other issues are that they overbook every day so each time I was there I didnt even get taken back to a room for at least an hour. Everyone sitting in the lobby complains about the wait. Update: I still dont have glasses or my lense prescription. Ive heard from some other patients that Dr. Hearne lost his privileges at the surgery center. Also he went missing for at least several hours during a work day when patients were waiting. His practice is a sinking ship and it seems he is losing his marbles because of it.

This man is so rude! I can not believe I have wasted so much time and money with this doctor and he never diagnosed my issue. He gave me a bad prescription for my eyes and I only discovered this after buying a years supply of contacts and 2 pairs of glasses! Because he has not diagnosed my issue over a period of months I had a number of questions for him in the last visit. He glared at me while I asked my questions. His office gave me bad advice over the phone for how to take my medication he prescribed. When I told him I was confused based on what my pharmacist said he lectured me that pharmacists dont have a clue what they are talking about and how they should just keep their mouths shut but then 5 minutes later told me to follow the same exact instructions the pharmacist said. Because I was asking questions he started lecturing me that he didnt want to fight with me. I was literally in tears and the man was so rude about it - with his hands on his hips asked me when I thought the tears were going to stop! I walked out of the building and left in shock at the treatment I received!

Dents Divots

This arrogant f***er Isaac drives a black Cadillac at 100MPH during rush-hour (6pm) on 395 weaving from RH lane to LH lane between cars with 1.5 car lengths and closing between them! Only to exit the following exit at Damonte! I followed him home off Veterans Pkwy and he also speeds at twice the residential speed limit weaving around cars on the right! The only way I caught up to him (myself going 10 over to catch him) was he hit almost every light. Beware of a doctor who drives like this!

Billing through this office is horrible. First they billed the wrong insurance, then to get in touch with billing at the office is unreachable, or they never return your calls. I only went in for a regular check up. If it was this difficult for me to deal with for a check up, I feel sorry for someone with more eye issues than me. Dont go to this office! 20-20 vision patient!
