I went to Davis because I was looking for a specific Oakley frame. I asked specifically if they took my insurance provider and Dr. Davis said "yes". After adding up the frame and lens costs I was quoted an enormous out-of-pocket amount. I asked them to put the order on hold until I could talk to my provider to find out why the cost was so high. As it turns out, Davis is not a provider and does not accept most discounts provided by my insurance. This could easily have been explained by the staff at Davis. I went to another business and paid $250 less than Davis tried to charge. The staff seemed nice, but I would not return.

They fit my daughter into glasses that were way to big when I called to cancel order instead of offering to find something smaller for her he laughed at me and then hung up on me. Nice service!!!! NOT!
