Had a cut eye called to see if it was possible to get an appointment right away, they asked for my insurance which i told them was blue cross ppo, told them its an emergency and wanted to know where they would go if they had the same thing they didnt know and where completely unhelpful. I could pay cash even but they were so rude, I figure if you dont have an emergency and are in their system you may be fine otherwise good luck

Contact Dr. competent but front office totally not helpful! Every experience with them was a nightmare. After paying nearly $1000 for contacts & glasses, now cant even get courtesy or help from staff. Dont know what Dr. Dennison would do since Contact Office Manager wont get him involved. Other choices in town..... Use on of them!!
