Best optometrists office Ive found in the 18 years Ive needed eye care. Professionalism A+, Knowledge, A+, Timeliness A+, Access & Parking A+, Cleanliness A+, Range of Services A+. But Dr. Arata and the staff’s attention to detail is what sets this place apart from the rest. Well, and the fact that they saw me last minute to help me with an eye infection when my PCP wasn’t being very responsive. Oh, and did I mention they always have current issues of magazines?? As long as the Pacific EyeCare Center is within driving distance, I will never go anywhere else!

This is an excellent office; from the sleek, clean recently remodeled space, to its friendly and professional staff. There is clearly a dedication to providing the most up to date technological care and information to ensure the best possible vision care. I first met my O.D., Dr. Matsumoto, many years ago when I brought my parents in for appointments. I was so impressed with his obvious love and enthusiasm for his profession that my husband and I became his patients. He always shares information so you are well informed and vested in your vision needs.

The best eye care experience Ive ever had! The front desk staff was super friendly and very prompt to get me into my appt. They explained my insurance info and answered all my questions. Dr. Hirata worked with me for almost two hours to find the best contact lens fit--no other eye doctor has given me this much attention and now I finally have the perfect fit/contact for me. Ive had poorly fitting contacts for 6 years without even knowing it! Im thrilled with the level of customer service. Its so hard to come by these days.

Great place. I am very comfortable with the quality and the customer service is extremely efficient and all are very friendly. I have some favorites but Ill keep them guessing! I have been going to Dr. Matsumoto for years and hes a real kick and an eye "magician". I couldnt see him when I was available last time, because I waited too long to make an appointment, so I saw Caren Hirata and although she looked to be about 17 years old, her professionalism and chairside manner was very good.

I have been coming to Dr. Matsumoto at Pacific EyeCare Center for 3 years now and I love it. The staff is very helpful and friendly and Dr. Matsumoto is great! He explains everything in a way thats easy for anyone to understand and still makes sure you get the care you need. The frame selection is fantastic and they obviously stay current with technology. I appreciate all theyve done for me and I hope I can keep coming for years to come.

Amazing experience, crazy nice personell. Much like their other patients, I only have great things to say. They fulfill all of your biggest optometrist hopes and dreams! Theyre great people who know what theyre talking about. Had to go in a couple times to get trained on my new contact lenses, and since Im a moron it took a bit longer than expected to get them in. They were extremely patient and helped me every step of the way.

Love Dr Yumori, Very professional, courteous and friendly. Always listens to your problem carefully and makes excellent recommendations. Our whole family has been going to him for the past 20+ years. would highly recommend him without any reservations. Assistants are very friendly and accommodating. Up-to-date technology, Great selection of frames and plenty of parking.

Most of their doctors are good but DO NOT BUY GLASSES THERE. Glass technician told me the price of polarized ray bands instead of regular ray bands even though he knew I was getting prescription lenses put in. When I went there to pick up glasses, they told me that they did not have the polarized lenses they took out of the original pair. BEWARE OF THE SCAM ARTISTS!

everyone here is professional and friendly. they have gone out of their way more than once to help me get contacts at the last minute. i would highly recommend to anyone needing any eye assistance. technology and equipment is always the latest and greatest and to top it off, there is hardly any waiting. a well run business!

Great place. I was highly impressed with my eye exam; definitely the best Ive ever had. Top notch technology and the doctor was very knowledgeable. My only complaint is the price, but my insurance sucks. Might not be a complaint for others with better vision insurance. Ill keep coming back.
