I am a medical provider in the community and was referred to Dr. Plotnick by another health professional and can only say how pleased I am with the services I have so far received at her office as a fairly new patient. Immediately noticeable is the calm, courteous, pleasant atmosphere contributed to by every level of personnel right up to the top. This always reflects the leadership of a small organization and certainly is reflective of Dr. Plotnicks style - relaxed, warm, highly professional. My wait times have been short. Diagnostic impressions and treatment options are explained fully and with no hard sell. All questions are answered. It feels comprehensive and collaborative. Overall Ive received a good deal of information from basic hygiene tips to insight into procedural methods and choices. I would judge the technical skill level of Dr P and her hygienists as being quite high and Ive been happy with the results so far. All of the staff seem mature, experienced, confident. Much attention is given to the patients comfort. The equipment seems very up to date, certainly moreso than I have seen in a couple of other offices.

She found and filled three cavities in one visit, rather than having me come back just for the cavities. That saved me a trip (plus anxiety of waiting) and her special care for her patients. Dr Plotnick has been our dentist for some time and I visited her recently. She and her staff are attentive and provide personalize dental care. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. Ill be returning to her practice for more dental care.

This was my first visit to Dr. Plotnicks office and my first to a dentist in too long. Youll find me here every six months after my experience today. Reception was helpful and I was in an exam room in a few minutes. The attitude from staff was so friendly and positive throughout. I was a little apprehensive about seeing a dentist after so long, but I found the right place to be.
