Very poor customer service. I have been a patient there for over three years and recently moved my family to a new practice after Glenside Dentistry was unwilling to address an issue about a refund that was over a year old. I gave them an opportunity to fix the issue on multiple occasions and they never addressed it - which means they were willing to lose business from a family of four over $150.

I have been going to Glenside Dental for a few months and have had very positive experiences. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. They made me feel comfortable each visit and are very accommodating to my needs. I have already recommended them to friends and family! - Kayla C

Worse dental office ever! Cannot accomodate anything, the lady from the back office has 0 management and customer care abilities!!! Taking the 6 of us out of that place! There goes your business!
