There for us in a dental emergency Dr. Arpan Desai is probably the most skilled dentist weve ever met. His staff is equally as talented and knowledgeable. We walked into the office and were surrounded by dedicated, caring people who knew what they were doing. From the technician who took the digital x-rays to the dental assistant who together with Dr. Desai treated my husbands broken tooth, we could see that the staff at D3Dental was a well-practiced team. And they made us part of that team. Every person explained what would happen next and showed us the x-rays and the color high-definition photos that showed us exactly where the tooth had broken, the old filling that would have fallen out without Dr. Desais intervention, and the infection that had started when bacteria entered the gums through that broken tooth. Dr. Desai knew immediately how to prevent that filling from falling out, how to close off the exposed nerve, and how to stop the infection and that intense pain. He and his staff even stayed past the normal closing hour for a Saturday to treat the tooth the way it needed to be treated. He and his staff took no short cuts. We are so grateful to Dr. Desai and his staff. You see, we were visiting the Philadelphia area when late on Friday night my husband broke a tooth exposing the nerve. We knew no dentists. Thinking that a hospital emergency room might have a dentist on call, we went to the hospital. It had no on-call dentists, but the physicians assistant covered the exposed nerve with dental wax. Early Saturday morning, we discovered D3dental while searching the Internet for dentists with Saturday hours. We somehow got through to the people at 1-800-dentist who searched their databases for a dentist with Saturday hours that was close to the hotel we were staying in. They found D3dental, gave them our information in a voice mail, and within 10 minutes the practices receptionist called me and scheduled my husband for 1:00 that afternoon. That practice helped us avert the disaster we had envisioned of leaving Philadelphia that day and driving back to Michigan to see our home dentist. Anyone who is looking for a dentist and staff who treat each other and their patients with respect and use all of their various skills to put people at ease must contact Dr. Desai at D3dental.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s! The group at D3 Dental could not have been more accommodating. I called around 7:30 on a Friday evening with a very VERY painful tooth. My call was promptly returned within minutes and I was sitting in the dentist chair by 8:30am the following morning. I was also given the option of being seen that very night which was also comforting. Maggie at the front desk is a sweetheart. Being greeted with kindness and a smile goes along way when you are nervous about going to the dentist. My insurance/payment info was explained thoroughly and I may have sat in the waiting room for no more then 1 minute. Unfortunately I didnt get the dental assistants name, however, she is from Albania and was sweet as can be. She kept up general conversation while making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Desai is adorable & was very knowledgable explaining everything clearly while giving all options available before proceeding. I was given head phones to drowned out any noise which made the process a breeze. For someone who had been petrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember, I am looking forward to finally getting the dental work that Ive needed for so long. I was in and out of the dental chair before I knew it and feeling confident about my next visit. The faculty itself is super clean as well as up to date with new technology. I would recommend D3 Dental to anyone and I thank them for seeing me so promptly AND on a Saturday morning! Its been 3 days and Ive recd 2 follow up calls to see how Im feeling. I couldnt be happier with my visit. Thank you everyone at D3 Dental! *one side note* GPS took me to an address just down the street from the office, so if you intend to use GPS ask the receptionist on the phone before using Siri.

My experience with D3 Dental and DR. ARPAN DESAI, DMD was one of amazing results and gratitude for the miracle that he and his staff preformed for me on what could have been a life changing event and irrevocable damage to my 2 Front Teeth. I have always been proud of my smile, and gone through numerous childhood procedures to have the smile I call my own today as an adult. Right after Christmas 2014; I had an unfortunate accident which left my 2 Front teeth damaged and one knocked clear out of my mouth. My usual family dentist would not have been able to help in in this instance so an emergency call to 1-800 Dentist and they had me in contact within mere minutes with a practice that was capable of such treatment and D3 Dental to the RESCUE!! They were able to see me straight away and with "tooth in hand" (actually a jar of cold whole milk lol) I rushed to their office and the Miracles began. DR. ARPAN DESAI, DMD was on the case, assessed me carefully, gently and with compassion. To my ultimate surprise, DR. ARPAN DESAI, DMD was able to re-insert my once fallen tooth and after a few short months, root canals, and follow ups... I can finally say I am back to ME! My Smile was saved thanks to DR. ARPAN DESAI, DMD and he and his staff have gained a new forever patient! Thank you again to everyone at D3 Dental. Youve brightened my life with your smiles and by fixing mine ;)

If you hate going to the dentist because you fear pain - fear no more!! I have sensitivity issues with my teeth - Ive had them for years and dread going to the dentist every single time. I work in the dental industry. I am in outside sales and having a great smile means everything! So I usually end up forcing my self to go. I recently learned I needed a root canal. I was nothing short of panic stricken! After having the root canal completed - I cant believe how remarkably comfortable I was throughout the entire process. Dr. Arpan Desai did a remarkable job of communicating every step and keeping me absolutely comfortable the entire time! If you are afraid of having dental work done due to pain - I can assure you that you have found the right place! Your trust will be well placed with Dr. Desai and his team. He is committed to his patients before, during and after service. Dr. Desai checked in with me post procedure to make sure I had no post procedure issues. Love this place! I had recently moved to the area and broke a tooth. I called D3 and they got me in within a few hours. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. Paperwork was emailed to me prior to my appointment because they are paperless and the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I was concerned about my insurance, but the front desk staff had already gotten all of my benefits and answered all of my questions. Dr Desai came out and introduced himself to me while I was in the waiting room and then his assistant, Vicky, came out to get me and bring me back to the room. I was very anxious because I did not know what was going to happen to my tooth. Dr Desai gave me several options to chose from and explained everything to me in depth. I was concerned about finances, so the front desk staff even applied to Care Credit for me. I decided to go with the best option and get an implant and I could not be happier with my experience. They called me to follow up and even Dr Desai called me personally. I cannot wait for my next appointment and to see the staff again at D3! I will highly recommened them to everyone I know!
