I chose this dental practice because it was relatively close to my office, and as a mega-practice I thought "How bad could it be?" Very. I made an appointment specifically to get a cleaning. When I arrived I was seated in the chair promptly, but met with a hygienist with a terrible attitude. She informed me that before anyone would even look/clean/touch my teeth, they needed to do a full set of x-rays and develop my "dental plan." I asked her whether my insurance covered all these x-rays and she said "Did you see how many patients we have? I have no idea what your insurance covers." I informed her that I would not have x-rays done until she confirmed that my insurance covered the x-rays. She stormed off and came back with a dentist who insisted that I had to have x-rays performed, or I would not be allowed to have a cleaning. I restated my concern about insurance and they finally confirmed that my x-rays would be covered. The x-rays were uneventful, although the hygienist was not very skilled in placing the very uncomfortable plastic slides, etc. in my mouth. I was, however, impressed that the x-rays were automatically loaded into the computer and immediately displayed. After many, many x-rays the dentist came over, reviewed the slides, poked the tops of my molars and told me everything looked good. He then said goodbye and walked away...so I thought *finally* the cleaning would start. But no. Only then was I told by the hygienist that I needed to make a separate appointment to have a cleaning done, although I insisted that thats what I came in to the office for in the first place! She told me it was their policy to do the x-rays and initial planning on the first visit, and the cleaning on a following visit. While I didnt have to pay for this irritating experience myself, I do think it is a dishonest practice - basically creating an artificial separation between the 2 processes...so they can charge my insurance company (or me if I were paying myself) twice. Its also a waste of time! I begrudgingly scheduled a cleaning for a month and a half later (first available), as well as an alleged follow-up call from one of their oral surgeons about my impacted wisdom tooth. I have since found another dentist, and the oral surgeon never called...

The doctors are ill equipped and con artists. The help is brain dead. My first exam I was informed I needed deep cleaning (no x-rays taken) by the dentist & dental hygienist that totaled $1,800. My insurance paid half. During the deep cleaning the dental hygienist asked the assistant to take x-rays to make sure the insurance understands why I need the work (the dentist never saw the x-rays). After the deep cleaning and a cleaning visit the dentist informed me, I need gum surgery. I could not understand why he did not take or examined x-rays before diagnosing my treatment and before the hygienist decided, she was going to do the expensive deep cleaning. Because the dentist never seen the x-rays until after the deep cleaning. I questioned their method and integrity. I should have been informed of the possible gum surgery and other methods of gum treatment before administering expensive deep cleaning. I havent finished treatment that Im paying for because I really dont want to go back there. The service is slow and non-professional. Im a working person that lives from paycheck to pay check. I do not have money to have dental treatment to try out and if that dont work try another. I don recommend this place to no one.

Please find another Dentist! Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. My husband and I scheduled cleanings but were required to get a consultation first. During the consultation, I was told I had a cracked filling and decided to fix it that day. The dentist was about to leave for the day but squeezed me in and he ended up rushing and drilling so deep that I could feel the pain through 2 shots of novacaine! The 3rd shot finally did the trick, but my face was numb for 24 hours! To top it off, the hygientist decided to leave for the day in the middle of my filling and the doctor tried to maneuver the suction and drilling himself. Also, he ended up re-filling my tooth incorrectly and I was in constant pain for two weeks. When I finally returned to find out what was wrong, they told me I needed a root canal! Needless to say, I did not return again and when I received a second opinion, all I needed was the filling to be properly hardened....NO ROOT CANAL necessary. This place is a scam. They also told my husband he had 7 cavities! Second opinion showed he didnt have ANY! SCAM...SCAM...SCAM!

This office is one of the worst offices that I have been too. As expected they have changed their name. Anyway, my beef with them is their level of professionalism. Each time I am made to wait. They dont make themselves available for taking appointments or for follow-up on insurance updates. Worst of all they are absolutely incompetent when it comes to fees and insurance. I was told my procedure would take $300 and it would be covered (i have a pretty good insurance plan). Ive had to pay $ 1600 out of pocket. I still dont understand why I am asked for money time and again. The dumb idiot who sits on the front deck smiles a lot but her IQ is lower than a centipedes belly button. She knows nothing about insurance and has misled me 3 times. Dont go this place under any circumstances. This place SUCKS big TIME.

I was nervous after seeing the other reviews here, but I had already made my appointment and it was close by, so i figured what the heck, Im only going in for a new patient exam. I got there early, did some paperwork, the receptionists were nice. Got called back at the exact time of my appointment, xrays were done nice enough, and the dentist (dr. cross?) was actually very nice and friendly, and was very helpful in answering some general questions I had. I dont know anything about their prices cause my insurance covered it all, but they did have an optional cancer screening available for and extra $45, the paperwork ad for that was pretty gimmicky.."one person dies every second from oral cancer!", but who knows, it could be true, I decided against it anyways. Overall a very good experience.

My initial impressions were very positive. The dental hygienist was terrific, even giving up her lunch hour to do the scaling I needed before my upcoming surgery. When I went back for 3 extractions, the Doctor couldnt have had any less bedside manner if he tried. When he finally removed the final tooth he ran our of the room without a word. I realize it was a lot of work for him but Im the one who suffered though his man-handling. The assistant rattled off instructions and ran out of the room too, saying all the information was in the packet she gave me. This experience has truly soured me on Dental Solutions, they really need some training on "bedside manner"!

The front desk and the manager were very friendly! Went in for a simple cavity but they wanted to pull out two of my teeth and said because its hurting me. I explained that I dont have any discomfort from my teeth and they basically told me that MY TEETH were hurting me.They never explained why my teeth should be pulled they just wanted to rush to make the appointment with no explaination. The dentist quite charming at first asked me if I wanted to fix the gap in my two front teeth. I told him no and in a condescending tone stated "Oh you like them like that". Never again will I go there.
