Triangle Family Dentistry seems like it may be good if you just have normal dental needs (cleaning, x-rays, the occasional cavity) but you might want to consider going elsewhere if you need a ton of work or have a dental emergency. I had a dental emergency that they completely mishandled. I literally sat in the chair with some of the most extreme pain Ive ever had (Im talking about pain I could barely talk through, eyes welling up with tears, fist clenching type pain). A few months back I had an old crown checked. They told me it was fine, even though it was hurting really bad. They checked again this time, but again said it was OK and thought sinuses or swelling and buildup in the area was to blame. Instead of doing anything for the tooth, despite me repeatedly explaining how bad the pain was, they simply numbed my mouth so I could tolerate teeth cleaning and tried to send me home with some prescription mouth wash. After begging them for help (I was already maxing prescription strength Advil and it was barely touching the tooth pain) they reluctantly offered a small prescription for Vicodin to take at night, but they sent me home and told me to call in a few weeks if the cleaning "didnt work" to fix the pain. After the worst night of pain I have ever experienced I called an Endodontist and learned that I was actually experiencing nerve death. The tooth was extremely infected and likely had been for a while. A root canal was performed. Im so glad I eventually called an endodontist, but I endured 48 hours of the worst pain in my life first. If my pain had been taken seriously months ago perhaps this whole episode would not have happened. The office staff was great, and I loved the hygienist and dental assistants, but I feel like the dentists just disregarded what I was trying to tell them. I dont know if they just didnt believe me or what, but I wont be going back there for anything.

I came to this dentist becuase of their flexible hours. My first appointment was for my wisdom teeth and scheduling to have them removed. 2 weeks before my surgery, I went in to pay off the rest of my bill. As the lady swiped my card, she said that my total was over $1000, I only owed about $340. After a lot of arguing and fighting them for my money back, they refunded me that money. The day of the surgery, I get there expecting them to give my boyfriend, who was taking care of me that day, a run down of how to actually take care of me. Needless to say they just kind of handed me over to him and said bye. Fast forward a week after my surgery, I have no feeling in parts of my gums or my tongue. I went in for an exam to check for feeling, and the Dr pretty much told me I was over reacting and to give it 6 months. A few days later I went in for a cleaning only to be told that their system had crashed and that since I was a "new patient" with no x-rays, they couldnt see me (I had x-rays done before I had my wisdom removed). Needless to say, Ill be finding a new dentist after constant struggles and problems with this office.

First vist was with Dr. Casey Keifer. I came for exray and consultation on my tooth. I explained my fears and anxiety. She seemed very rushed and unconcerned. Infact she stood over me while she spoke like she had better things to do. My insurance company and I paid for this time. She Gave me the feeling as if people were treated like cattle there. Her opinion was to pull my tooth. First time I ever hear a dentist tell patient not to save a tooth. Not very good at explaining options and neither was the person that gave exray. She recommended I go somewhere else because my fears. It took me two years to get the guts to come in and thats the response I got. I give 3 stars only because I came for a second visit asked for a different dentist. His name was Dr. Anthony Brown. He was very patient. He sat beside me calmed my fears. Showed confidence that he can do the job. BEST DENTIST! I would recommend him to anyone.

Pretty good dentistry. I had a few problems with scheduling with them a few times, but it all worked out in the end when they scheduled me for a Saturday. Its rare to see any dentist schedule on Saturdays, so it is convenient for people like me who work early to late in the afternoon and have trouble taking days off (I am a receptionist). They found two cavities (small ones) that my last dentist didnt even notice. My last dentist claimed that my teeth were just sensitive. I used sensitive toothpastes, but it only worked a little. The dentists here did really close up x-rays and found the problem: two pin head cavities in-between my teeth. They got it taken care of quickly and now it doesnt hurt at all anymore. I recommend them. They are very accommodating and asked frequently if I was in any pain or discomfort during the fix. Dr. Brown is the person who you will want to see the most.

I unfortunately cannot give a good review - I was refused a regular cleaning, was told need a deep cleaning which is root scaling and planing that takes 2-3 visits. Risk / reward not there in my opinion, pushing back the gums to clean out and hoping they heal is not a guarantee to stop periodontal disease which most adults have. Gums, teeth, bone will go downhill as you age. No cavities or dental work, pain for over 20 years just wanted a exam and cleaning. Seems the effort spend trying to upsell the deep cleaning could of had completed a regular cleaning which is still beneficial. Not even sure if they checked my xrays or finished the exam when I declined the deep cleaning. The probing to measure pockets for deep cleaning done with no numbing gel and a bit painful. Should have been given the option for a regular cleaning with no cavities, or issues.

They are great! I have an aversion to dentists and suffer with very sensitive gums. Going to the dentist is very difficult. I chose this facility because they advertised low anxiety and pain control dentistry. I am always cautious because I have had other dentists tell me the same. Well I cant say it was without discomfort but I knew there would be some. Alicia and Mary Beth were the two hygienists that saw me. They really helped with anxiety and gave me tips to help me control the anxiety. Unfortunately they couldnt use Nitrous because they had a couple of pregnant ladies in the practice. I have to say they were really gentle and very conscious of my state and whether what they were doing was uncomfortable. My experience couldnt have been better. They truly do care about your well being and experience. I couldnt give them a higher recommendation!

I strongly believe that the business is only as good as the employees, with that I can whole heartedly say Triangle Family Dentistry is a wonderful company to do business with. I had my first crown procedure and as horrible of an experience as it is my attention was taken away by the teamwork that was displayed by Dr. Baky and his associates. They were so fluid, well prepared, and amazingly focused on what they were doing! Dr. Baky also displayed remarkable patience and the ability to teach and instruct under what I believe was pressure. The associate that worked with him the majority of the time showed me an attention to detail I would love to find in an employee. Her diligence on my temporary crown, and extraordinary high level of care for my comfort was profound. Thank you so much!
