Have no actual problem with any work done, my complaint is one of lack of communication. The 1st visit I was with my daughter and her 2 children. Her older child was being seen for her first ever cleaning. The office staff called me up and mentioned that the child (my granddaughter) was on a dental insurance, as well as Medicaid. I had actually forgotten that I had put her on my insurance, since that was done months prior. That visit we owed money for JUST the cleaning, nothing else. Im relatively old, and have NEVER been to a dentist for a cleaning where money was owed. The next visit, my daughter took the children without my going. She was asked to sign a form stating she would be responsible for any unpaid billed amount; however, I had NOT mentioned to her that the child was on my dental plan and this office wont bill both. So, she thinks its just standard procedure. She also had an extremely active, whiny, small child with her (not the one being seen). After signing this form, my daughter was approached not ONE but THREE times by the dentist and 2 other people from the staff insisting that a tooth be pulled (not even why the child was there). She was trying to keep the smaller child occupied and finally got so irritated at the constant badgering that she said, do whatever you feel is best! When she goes to check-out, she is told she owes $167. My daughter and I both spoke with the staff at this office, Ive attempted to email them, since they CAN bill Medicaid, but refuse. My daughter currently has NO income, doesnt even get child support for either child (yes, shes tried but the father keeps changing jobs), and has NO way to pay this bill. This office instead of billing Medicaid, attempting to work out a payment arrangement with me, the ONLY person able to pay the bill, has instead turned her over to collections. Today they called to remind us of a visit! Really? Youve turned my daughter over to collection for a bill she truly did NOT understand she would owe. And why, when THREE people spoke to her, didnt at least ONE of them say, BTW, youre going to owe almost $200! So, the "work", Im sure was fine. This badgering, bullying, and trying to embarrass a young woman who already has social anxiety, not good. Not good at all!

Dr. Buddy and his staff should be the standard of excellence for which all pediatric dentists are compared to. Dr. Buddy is awesome and the entire staff is all super friendly, and amazing! They take their time to talk to you and dont rush you. They are always on-time, the office is clean, has video games for the kids, a train table and other little toys. They always remember my son and make him feel very special. I love sending all my friends and their children to this office and have them come back to tell me what a great experience they had. I would never, never go anywhere else. I am so very happy we found this office and cant seem to say enough about how wonderful it truly is.

I was very impressed with this practice from the moment we walked in the door. The office decor was very inviting for kids of varying ages. I particularly liked that they had a variety of things to keep kids busy which included books, toys and video games. Dr. Buddy and his staff were not only professional, but also quite friendly. They were courteous and genuine, which made my children as well as me feel very comfortable. Triangle Pediatric Dentistry is truly an exceptional practice and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist and a warm, friendly environment. - D.Martin

My son was treated by Triangle Pediatric Dentistry for a couple of years. We chose TPD because they were recommended to us by several friends. Upon the first visit, we were not impressed with a few of the staff. During my sons first dental work, the doctor was great interacting with my son. However, the work was not of the caliber I expected from someone who was so well recommended. The atmosphere created by these few staff is completely undesirable. If you want a great experience for your child take the time to research other pediatric dentists in the area before subjecting your child to TPD.

Every person I have interacted with at TPD has been amazing. They are kinda and knowledgable and will pursue finding the information needed if they dont know. Big thumbs up to the Hospital Coordinator for going above and beyond to help us as we sought other insurance plans to suit the needs of our children in the care they required. Our first appointment after doing so went fabulously. Dr. Allan trusted our judgment as parents in choosing the right path for our child and was fast and efficient while also taking time to thoroughly explain everything to our 5 year old.

Today my almost 2 year old her his first ever dentist appointment at Triangle Pediatric Dentistry and I cannot say enough about how smoothly everything went. My little guy is very active so I had my concerns but we waited less than 5 minutes to go back and almost immediately were seen by the hygienist. She took amazing, gentle care of our guy. Dr. Porter then saw us and helped us setup a plan to get on the right track. (We knew we had some areas that needed work before going in.) I highly recommend TPD for little ones of all personalities!

Very kid friendly staff and office. Just took in my 4-year old for her first dental visit and she was pretty apprehensive about the whole thing. The hygienist was very good at coaxing her into the chair, and kept up a steady stream of talk about Scooby Doo, preschool, and Christmas while cleaning her teeth. By the end of the visit, my daughter was smiling, excited about her dental "goody bag" and proud about being such a good patient. It was a very good first experience.

Weve been taking our daughter to Dr. Buddy for a few years now and while I could gush on about how wonderful and friendly he and his staff are, how great the facilities and location are, and many other positive things, perhaps I should leave you with a quote that my 7 year old has been giving me since her first visit there (say this with excitement in your voice as she does): "When can we go visit Dr. Buddy again??? Soon? PLEASE?"

Great place for our kids. My kids have had cavities filled and still actually dont mind going to the dentist. My 6 year old asked if we could go back after leaving yesterday! (Think he wanted to earn more free toys on the way out for good behavior). The staff is always helpful and friendly with the kids. And now theyre in network with our insurance Delta Dental which is a huge plus. All around recommended!

Just got done with my sons second appointment there and they were just as great as I remember. Amanda was very kind and patient with my 2 year old as was Dr.Buddy. They got us in and out quickly but still made sure to double check if I had any concerns about my sons oral health. The ladies at check in and check out where prompt and polite. I am so glad that my son is a patient at Triangle Pediatric Dentistry!
