My family and I have been going to Midlothian Family Dentistry for years. We are all very happy and satisfied with the quality of service we receive. I have never been over charged for services, and every procedure is explained to me in detail by the hygienist, doctors and treatment coordinators. Bonnie is my hygienist and does a very good job of making me feel comfortable. I have very sensitive teeth, especially around the gum line. She offered a numbing solution and also suggested that I get a clear bonding done to reduce sensitivity which I will be having done soon! I have 4 children, all of whom go here. My daughter had her first "happy visit" at the age on 1. The staff at Midlothian Family Dentistry are always friendly. I do not expect everyone to be a big ball of joy all the time, because we live in the real world and I can assure you I am not like that all the time, but even if they staff is stressed of having a bad day, I would never know it. Dr. Sorenson has filled several teeth of mine and he is very knowledgeable and professional. My procedure was painless and quick. Dr. Monacell did sedation work on my husband as well as Invisalign. The sedation was relaxing for my husband and he woke without recalling any of his procedure. They even call the day after you have a procedure to ensure you are doing well and see if you need anything. My twin sons have braces with the office Orthodontist, Dr. Byrd. I like the fact that I do not have to go to several different offices because for the most part, the talented dentists at this office can perform most dental work there. My husband has had root canals, my mother had an implant, my kids have braces etc. This dental office has the best equipment, the best dentists and the best staff of any dental practice I have ever seen. They put the patient first because they know we have a choice and they are always grateful that we choose them. I refer friends and other family to this practice all the time because I want the ones I love to have the best care possible. Thank you Midlothian Family Dentistry!

I had two very small cavities filled today. A dentist new to me. Oh my God. I am sitting here writing this...3 hours later with severe right facial drooping similar to a stroke. I have no control of my tongue or lips. I was so afraid that my veneers would be damaged as the dentist took her metal tool banging and cranking it against my teeth. Very ROUGH! Toward the end of the procedure...the dentist started washing away residual filling from my mouth. My face was soaking wet. Then I was told the procedure was done. I got up and realized all my hair in the front was soaking wet. Midlothian family dentistry has really lost quality and integrity. Last year the wrong tooth was pulled out of my mouth and the followup service was very poor after that. The dentist then tried to accuse me of not seeing a dentist regularly. I asked him to pull my record and he had to b apologize because I had been to that office numerous times in that year. Why have I gone back? Because when it was smaller, MFD offered great srvice. Now...they are so big they seem to feel that they have enough patients that they can stand to lose a few to poor service. The worst service imaginable!!

First off, I feel bad for not knowing her name, but the woman who greets you when you walk in the door, shes great! Always smiling, and never rude. Something that is rare in itself. Very welcoming! Second, my hygienist, Nichole. Awesome! Thats the best word I can use to describe her. Awesome attitude. Awesome sense of humor. Awesome chairside manner, as well. Always smiling, as well....she should be, she practices what she preaches, and has an awesome smile! Third, Dr. Crocker. Needless to say, Im not the biggest fan of going to the dentist. Not many are that I know of. I was in a cranky mood, and wasnt happy. He came in, and tried talking to me. I was short with him. He smiled, and kept on going. By the end, he had me laughing in the chair, and I knew I found a special place. He talked to me the whole time, during surgery, and made sure I knew I was in control. Came back for a checkup after surgery, and he didnt drop a thing. He was back at being funny and helping me relax. I found a dental home, and I think anyone out there looking for a new Dentist, should undoubtedly come to Midlothian Family Dentistry. You wont be disappointed!

Over the years , due to medical complication with my diabetes, my teeth have suffered. I went to another dentist and he made me feel ashamed of my self due to the condition of my teeth. He never tried to understand my dilemma. So when I chanced upon a wonderful person connected my work, I was referred to Midlothian Family Dentistry. I was quite fearful of what would progress during my examination. I couldnt endure another humiliation. Let me say, I am absolutely overwhelmed with joy and hope. The Staff was so kind and supportive. They never once knocked me down, the Dr. built me up with hope that my teeth could be fixed, and that it wasnt all that bad. I will make it my lifes mission to always speak of this great group of Dental professionals to all my customers, friends, and family whenever I can. Thank you . You have helped me smile again.

Awesome first visit. Hygienist(Jennifer) made me feel comfortable. Registration and Insurance verification agents were appropiate for first time visit, because I knew my coverages before going to appointment. They explained that we could address each problem one by one (Crowns and fillings) especially since I had concerns about how much I had to pay out of pocket for these things in the past. My Hygienist Jennifer was so personable and made me feel welcomed because I was nervous starting over at a new practice. Our conversation flowed with non-stop laughs. Im hoping I can request her for future visits. Dr. R. Sorenson came in and checked behind the Hygienist and his smile was the first thing I noticed , he was nice - shook my hand and checked my teeth. That made me feel welcomed. Overall good first visit.

I really wish I could give them more than 5 stars. As someone with severe dental anxiety and a lifetime of horrible experiences with dentists, this place is a miracle to me. I had a tooth pulled (lower right molar) and it was honestly the best experience I have EVER had with any dentist. No lecturing, no rushing, no guilt. They were so much nicer about the entire thing than any other dentist I have ever been to. They took their time, explained what they were going to do and what might need to be done if there was any trouble getting the tooth out (there wasnt). And most importantly, they took their time in making sure I was as numb as can be. I didnt feel any pain at all. I can only say, forget about whatever current dentist you have, and come here. 11/10 will absolutely be going here in the future.

I hadnt been to the dentist in over a year. The atmosphere when you walk in is beautiful, like a cabin! The receptionist was extremely polite and courteous. I think printing the forms ahead of time and filling them out at home is much easier than waiting until you get there. My wait wasnt more than 10 minutes. Every person I came into contact with at my visit was very nice, explained everything that was going on in detail, and it made for a very pleasant experience for me. There ended up being an issue with my dental insurance and the consultants handled it very well with me; needless to say I was impressed. I plan to go back and do the six-month smile program, which they said had a discount special last year that they extended to me. Im recommending this place to everyone I know!!!
