Without a doubt Dr.s Mathis and their staff are top notch. We recently and unexpectedly got a 3 yr old yorkie from yorkie rescue. We knew very little about upkeep and such on these breeds we just knew that he was a fit for our family and that Brookwood would help us figure out all the rest. We got plenty of instruction and help anytime we needed it. Tammie ( a yorkie mom and breeder on staff) gave our yorkie a great cut, clean and groom at remarkable prices. Daniel took great time with me to discuss all the flea tick and heart worm meds available and his suggestion on what would work best with shaggy. Tammie also threw in a few great tips specific to our dogs breed. I know that he will get nothing less than all the best experience, love and compassion at Brookwood as with our other pets. We will definitely be back for all of our four legged family members needs. Great Job Brookwood staff keep up the great work!!

The staff at Brookwood are extremely Excellent! When it comes down to your pet who can truly mean the world to you, any little think possible that is out of the norm might give you a scare just as it did me when I experienced an out of the blue lump on my dogs back. Being new to the pet Healthcare in the local area, I was not only worried about price die to every day life but also if I was going to get the run around. After calling around, one of the front office admins answered. Her name was Rachel and was so pleasant. That alone was enough for me to give them a try. I was very pleased with not only the friendly service and reasonable pricing, but above all the huge amount of integrity both Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Mathis had. Both them and the staff treated my Pascha and me as if they had known us for years. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to Anyone World Wide.

This is the best animal clinic I have been to by far. The staff is absolutely incredible! They truly care about you and your pets and are willing to do whatever it takes to help them. Gail, the office manager, went above and beyond to offer her compassion to our family when we had to make the difficult decision to put down our dog who was 16 years old. She also cheerfully and kindly gave my daughter and her Girl Scout Troop a tour of their facilities. I totally trust them with my pets, which is saying a lot since I consider them a part of our family. Thank you Brookwood for being a place of trust and comfort!!

I have had pets for over 30 years in many different cities - this is the best vets office I have ever used. They are truly concerned and caring about your pet and you. We started using them when they opened years ago and they have been our vet thru several pets. They go way beyond what they are paid to do - they checked on us several times after putting down our 14 year old cat and helped us find a home for a pure bred great dane that was given to us as a present. If you want the best for your pet, take him to Brookwood Animal Clinic!

Not only is it an efficient and well run veterinary practice, they are compassionate and understanding. We recently had to try several medications to find one that not only worked for my pet, but was affordable, and could not have been treated better. Not only did the doctor spend a lot of time discussing my concerns, he even supplied us with samples. This was not an isolated incident, however. Our experiences with all of the doctors, Gail, Ronnie, and everyone else at the practice have been wonderful.

Very happy with service received at Brookwood. First visit took female to be spayed she was in heat and after exam recommendation was to wait to have her spayed. Decided to have her bathed and brushed out since she was already there. Will be using Brookwood for all 3 four legged family members. There were no services that were pushed or appointments forced to be made.The next week we took 2 male dogs to be neutered.

I have known Greg and Gwen Mathis for approximately 20 years. They are professional and thorough in everything they do. The assistants that work with them are also thorough and great with the animals! When you have an emergency or just routine maintenance on your pet they go beyond the limit to help you. Brookwood Animal Clinic has been a life-saver for Abby (our Blue Pit). They are very gentle and compassionate with her. She does not mind going to the clinic for regular check-ups because she senses their love and compassion. Brookwood Animal Clinic has taken great care of Abby even though her presentation is quite intimidating.

I have been using Brookwood for about 3 years.... let me just say they are absolutely the best! They really care about my pet. The office is clean - unlike others I have been in. And the staff is so caring - all of them. When you walk in the door you are part of the family. I love these guys and will never go anywhere else.

Our cat, Gizmo, had gone down quickly. We took her to Brookwood and they found that she had a thyroid issue, prescribed medicine that within a few days had her doing better and within 2 weeks had her back to her old self. Very thorough, and great at explaining the entire process. I highly recommend them!

I appreciate the honesty i received the day I brought my dog in , they didnt try to charge me for unnecessary stuff . Even thought I had to put my dog down from the injuries , they were there every step of the way to help me. Mr.greg tried his best to make me smile in a very hard time.
