It took me ALL day to FINALLY calm down and post this review.... See those "smiling" faces on the home page for Centerville Animal Hospital?? DONT YOU BELIEVE IT!!!! Only one person had a smile for us and that was the intern!!! She was nice and polite - NO ONE ELSE WAS!!!! No courtesy of "Please" "Thank You" or "Im sorry to keep you waiting"!!!! I must say that we were seen promptly at 3pm when our appointment was scheduled AND it didnt take long to give our cat some shots that was needed for her sensitive skin due to fleas... Thankfully, the Vet himself was extremely helpful and informative about controlling the fleas and where to seek out their eggs - which I promptly started working on once I got home with the products I bought at PetSmart. I was so upset by the "bedside manner" of these callous women - one was ignoring me until I spoke up - that I called to cancel the appointment that I made for our other cat with sensitive skin. I have found another Vet to take care of him. Maybe this review will be ignored by the staff that I encountered today BUT at least I got this off my chest.

I love Centerville Animal Hospital. My husband & I have 8 (rescued) cats and this is the only place I trust to take care of my sweet, furry babies. I found Centerville Animal Hospital about 2 years ago after trying several other places. None of the other vets in the area can compare to the quick, courteous, professional, and accurate services of Centerville Animal Hospital. Dr. Sherri Bradley is absolutely the best! She genuinely cares about my sweet babies. When I take one of my pets in to see her she doesnt make me wait like some other vet places. (In fact, she sees me much quicker than my own personal doctor.) She always promptly pops into action and gives me the best care and advise on the proper care for my sweeties! (FYI ... I had no idea that I share the same last name as the Vet until my first visit. But that just makes it that much cooler in my opinion!)

I have used Centerville Animal Hospital for some years now, typically for regular puppy check ups, rabies shots and airport health certificates when I need to ship a puppy to another state. They have always been real friendly to me, and we typically have a good level of respect for each other. I believe Dr. Bradley appreciates me as a breeder of rottweilers, because we health screen all of our adult dogs on hips, elbows and cardiac through our breeding specialist. The only thing that I would like to see change is the pricing on the meds. As a breeder, I can get access to a lot of different meds, and sometimes if we have to have a dog scene by the vet, it is only in a true emergency basis. Such as the dreaded hot spot issue we typically see in the summer time. Just wish meds werent marked up so much.

Prices exorbitant and not fair. Booked for two days boarding and was told if i picked dogs up by noon i would not be charged for third day. But this wasnt the case at checkout. And dogs werent even there full day saturday. Only reason they went at noon was because the office closed. Dr Bradley is nice. But not the place to use if on a budget.

Ive taken 4 pets here over the course of 12 years, the staff is always nice and helpful. They take the time to explain things, give you options, and show true concern when needed. The boarding staff is wonderful as well, and they are very affordable. Thank you!

My first visit was this past weekend with my sphynx kitten. I thought the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about my concerns.
