I can not say enough good things about Honey Creek. They are awesome - ALL of them! We adopted a 10 week old German Shepard puppy (Maddie) and currently had an older chihuahua (Jesse) that was patient there. I knew I loved them from the care they had already given Jesse but when it came to a puppy (a large one at that) I was nervous. Dr. Nancy and Dr. Carter were great with calming my fears and helping me through the "puppy stage", they were always there to answer my questions (big or small) and never made me feel like I was a burden to them. In fact they encouraged me to stop by unannounced, and as often as I wanted, so Maddie would not be scared of them. When I did bring her in, the staff would come out and give her treats and Dr. Carter and Dr. Nance would personally come out and to visit and answer any questions along with giving her a weight check (all at no charge). This was impressive to me! Honey Creek Vet really takes care of your fur babies and I will never take my babies to anyone else.

I have been taking my animals to Honey Creek Vet since the late 80s. There is no one associated with the practice that I would not trust implicitly. They have all gone above and beyond what are strictly their jobs, helping us to say goodbye to the best dog in the world, helping out with some winged friends, offering advice on an emotionally disturbed dog that I (foolishly) rescued, and not being judgmental when eight years later we had to put him down because he attacked my daughter and I, or when another foolish dog successfully escaped the house (once in 12 years!) and got hit by a car. They take their time, making sure that the situation is explained to whatever level of detail the client desires, giving excellent care, and make follow up calls when the situation warrants it. Even the techs are very understanding and willing to work with difficult dogs. There MIGHT be better vets somewhere, but I sure havent met them.

I had a previous review listed, however Im having to edit my opinion. The vets are wonderful and know their stuff, however Im very much done dealing with a front office staff that does not. Im also quite tired of the run around I get trying to order my pets medication online at a lower price. Im pretty much pushed into only purchasing them at the clinic. Im well aware of online pharmacies and the strings attached. I work in the profession. I will sadly be moving my furry family to another vet for future care.

Before we moved here we asked our vet who they recommended in this area to care for our babies and they recommended Honey Creek. Now we know why. Recently one of our cats was close to death and we thought we would have to put him down. But with the care Diamond received here, now hes doing so much better! We never gave up - and neither did Honey Creek.

We have been with this vet for 3 years and love the service they provide! They are helpful and very knowledgeable. The Dr. called us right back at 4am on a Sunday morning about an emergency we had. We could not ask for more. They always spend as much time as well need when we visit. This vet gets 5 stars from our family.

My friend referred me and Im glad she did. I was in and out, no line no wait! Staff was very friendly and nice to my big baby, bulldog, who wouldnt sit still for her shots. I am definitely going to return. Thanks guys!!
