I walked through the door here and the 2 women in the front office were WONDERFUL!! I hate it that they have to work for such a loud rude man. I was fostering a dog and took her to this vet to See what was needed in order to get a ground transport health certificate and to have her treated for kennel cough. When the vet entered the room he seemed OK. Then my foster dog started coughing and he totally LOST it . He started yelling at me about not being able to issue a health certificate on a dog with it coughing. ( I can understand that) Well , he never could get past the whole health certificate and coughing issue and made me cry before I could even get a clear answer as to what to do about her coughing. I called the lady ( in another state) that I was fostering for and he continued to yell at me and her both from across the room about her coughing . He was so RUDE!! He slammed papers on the counter , treated me like a total moron,and b-4 all was said and done he told the women in the office to " just get me out of there" and "for me to never call him again." You have nothing to worry about there Mister!! Again The women in the office were just wonderful!! THANK YOU LADIES!! But the vet has serious issues.

Every time I go there the ladies in the front ignore me! I normally have to wait till they finish their conversations to get seen. The vet has good prices so thats good and he has always been fine with me, not too friendly but about business which is what im there for!! It really does hurt my feelings that the girls in the front never take to me though... three stars for the prices!

I recently had to have my 14 year-old dog put down. The folks there were very compassionate and reassuring and let me lay in the floor with my girl while she passed. A short while later they sent me a card, with personal notes and signed by the two assistants and the woman vet who put her down for me. I was so touched that they would do this.

I initially took my epileptic dog to Dr. Pfouts because he was open on Saturday and was close. Now Im 35 miles away, and I will STILL take my animals there. The ladies in the front office are and have always been wonderful, and Dr. Pfouts is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!! Not a high-tech place, but for routine care, I will NOT go anywhere else!

LOVE this place!! Dr Pfouts is the BEST! He is NOT in the business for the money! He LOVES the Animals! Carla & Keisha are the BEST! the girls in the front office~ Friendly, Caring, Knowledgeable, OVERALL a GREAT place to take your critters! I dont go anywhere Else! Thanks Dr Pfouts, Ms. Carla & Ms. Keisha!! Love yall!

Love this Vet. The fronted desk ladies are so nice and funny. I get seen right away. Its a small vet which I like. I visited only twice with two different Cats. Both of my babies were handled with care and love. This vet loves the animals they care for! Always go to Berry Hill.

Twice they got cat genders wrong. Twice the meds they gave our cats deworm meds and they didnt work had to go to a real vet.
