My fiancée took our kitten Ellie to tlc on 6-8 to get her first set of shots. They would not let my fiancée go back with our kitten and within 2 minutes of them taking her back they brought her back up to him and stated they gave her her a dewormer and her FVRCP vaccine and stated that she would be a little lethargic which we understood due to her getting the vaccine.... within 4 hours of him bringing our cat home my 8 week old kitten was dead. My cat convulsed and urinated on herself and passed away...I called to tell them about what had happened and they told me that it was not due to the vaccine but that she had an underlying condition.... which I responded with well before you administer the vaccines your are supposed to do a wellness check up correct? She stated yes and that my cats heart rate was normal her temperature was normal the color of her gums were normal and that her weight was normal... mind you she was back with my fiancé within 2 mins of taking her back so they stated they did all these things within 2 mins. Another thing I brought to their attention was the fact that I got this kitten from my nephews mom who has the mom, dad and rest of the litter on her premises... all of them are perfectly healthy as was my cat until we took her to tlc. My 8 week old kitten was playing, sleeping, eating , drinking and going to the restroom normally until my fiancé brought her back from tlc on Saturday. I trusted tlc due to all of their good reviews but I will never bring another animal there again or recommend them to anyone.

Trained and Maintained Service Dogs

Extremely good place to take your pets. Weve had probably 20 service dogs spayed or neutered here. The boys are recovered in a couple of days, not exaggerating. The girls take a couple days longer, but not much. We keep them quiet as instructed but they are trying to run and play the next day. The vets here are so good they keep them under anesthesia for a minimal amount of time and have them back to you amazingly healthy and happy. Incisions are tiny, no bruising, never had the slightest problem with infection. What has amazed us the most is that we never use the cone collars. The dogs are never uncomfortable enough to lick at themselves. And you can see for yourselves the prices are almost a joke--dont know how they can afford to run on fees this low. Not complaining! Really happy with this place.

Went in for an appt for my very sick kitty today that was scheduled as bloodwork and tooth extraction. Over the last few days, my cat has been getting worse and now has an oozing eye that has been bulging out of her face. We drove an hour to get here, to be told that her appointment is ONLY for bloodwork, and that they cant help her because they have 70 surgeries today and no time to see her. Ok... The "best" part was the vet tech telling me repeatedly that "that cat needs to see a vet right away." Hmmmm.... No kidding? I thought thats what we were doing. Now Im driving my sick kitty home and have an appt with a different office in the morning. Very disappointed and disgusted at the condescending tone of the woman telling us to bring her to a vet.

A + Wonderful caring staff , clean , professional ,LOW COST no worries they take special care of every animal , have great follow up, great vets , brand new office , couldnt say anything better about this place, it is A plus , We use them with all my rescues and have nothing but great experiences with this wonderful group . Their mission of low cost spay neuter is admirable , their work is so appreciated in this community , Truly a great low cost spay neuter clinic with No other agendas but getting your animal safely done and with the least discomfort possible. I took my cat in yesterday to be spayed. They called to confirm the appointment and told me everything I needed to know. Everyone was very helpful and happy and great with animals. I feel that they took very good care of my pet, they even got done a little early and called me to tell me I could pick up my cat earlier, which was great! They called me today to check up on my cat to see how she was doing. I am so happy and pleased. Thank you guys so much for the great service and care! If I ever need any services that you offer in the future, I will definitely come back! Excellent job and Customer Service!!! Thank you so much!

F - I picked up my cat after being spay and she was sitting soaked in her own pee with fresh surgery cuts. Upon washing her up at home we noticed they cut 2 of her nipples off while shaving her for surgery . Also i was told they would just take a small snip out the ear for identification purpose of animal control. well they didnt snip. They cut half of her ear off. Me and my wife are just horrified as to what they have done to the pet. The mutilation of this animal is horrible. These people either just dont care or dont know what they are doing. Please dont bring your pets here would hate for this to happen to your pet.

The entire team is wonderful and I cant thank you all enough! A community kitty showed up on my porch with a broken leg. My job doesnt pay me enough to have any extra bills, but I couldnt do nothing or this incredibly loveable cat. With the help and compassion of TLC PetSnips and their vet, I am able to give this cat a second chance at life and Im happy to say that he will now become a member of our family. Thank you TLC PetSnips for all you do, I will definitely be sending everyone I know to your location. Thank you again!

Last Friday, April 29, we took our beloved little Sophie, a six month old Shih Tzu, to TLC Snip to be spayed The TLC staff were all wonderful, caring individuals who made us feel relaxed about our puppy having the procedure, and they even called us at 10:30 a.m. to let us know that she was out of surgery and doing really well. We would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone and will certainly use them again if we acquire another puppy or kitten. Thank you very much to everyone. Pamela and Colin Allen

Had my 6 month old female cat spayed 06/19/15. The place is absolutely mobbed on surgery days, but the staff was still pleasant at both drop off and pick up. They do not charge extra for cats when they are in heat, which is helpful since cats always seem to be in heat. My cat has a hole-looking incision on her shaved belly but acts like she hasnt even had surgery. I think this place is wonderful for offering an affordable place to get your animals fixed and help prevent unwanted animals.

I used to be a former customer of ACT however, they have went up on their prices dramatically. I found this place when I went to adopt my puppy from animal services. There was a flyer inside the bag and I looked them up. They are very reasonable with their prices and I have saved hundreds in flea and heart worm prevention by going to them. They also provide a clinic on every second Saturday of the month. I will continue to take my furry friends here!
