This vet office is amazing. Everyone there is very helpful and we have been getting our family and friends to switch. They were seeing a more expensive vet, that delivered the same amount of service. Every time we go in, they are knowledgeable and helpful. They have given us medicine for our bulldog with skin allergies, but they also helped us with a plan to keep it from happening again. A couple of weeks ago we found a lost dog that had a limp. The lady working the counter walked out to our car so we did not have to unload the old girl to scan her microchip. I love this entire office. I pass 3 offices that I know of on my way to this one. To the person that left a review about your sick dog getting sicker; think about what you said. You took your dog in because it was sick. Do you take your car to a mechanic when it is running wrong and blame them if it breaks the rest of the way?

One person almost got my dog killed by giving me the wrong information. The other staff worked hard to correct it and she apologized. Luckily my dog is okay, but as a customer, I called the vets office because I thought they would give me the right answer, since I had a question about medication for animals. Ive worked in retail. The customer is NOT always right. But if the customer does come with questions, they are looking to the "professionals" for answers. I dont expect everyone to know everything. Its okay to say "I dont know." But whats not right is that they give the wrong answer. Simply say "I dont know" and find someone who does know. In this case, a dogs life was put in danger. But I still rate this office good because its affordable, and one persons fault should not be the fault of the office.

It was awful I brought my little bear in sick they ran tests on him said it was a stomach virus sent me home with antibiotics and he died the next morning, then my snow and tiny boy got sick a couple days later took snow in said ot was a stomach virus and tiny died a couple days later tool snowy boy and taco in monday to cleveland hights animal hospital they immediately done blood work what privliged critters should of done, turns out it wasnt a stomach bug it was poision and because of how long it had been in there system I had to put them down. 4 dogs dead 1,000 dollars in debt and All of this could of been avoided if privliged critters had done there job, very unprofessional and would never recomend them to any one

I would recommend any pet owner to this vet!! My poor Lucy got really sick, we had no idea what was wrong with her. Her breathing was very short and fast, she wouldnt eat or drink, we were terrified that she would die so we bought her in the next morning and they fit her in with no appointment. They waived the exam fee since it was her first time having one. She was diagnosed with having a whole in her trachea, they provided us with pain meds for a week and antibiotics for 2 weeks at an EXTREMELY LOW PRICE. It has been 5 days and our dog is 95% back to normal. I will never go to another vet again. Thanks Privileged Critters!

I have visited many different vets over the past 20 years and have never met a more compassionate, caring and skilled group of veterinarians than at Privileged Critters Animal Hospital. I had my puppy neutered there last year while spending the summer with family in Lakeland. Privileged Critters is the type of vet that I wish I could find in my own town (Orlando). They truly seem to care about each pet as well as the pet owners. Brenda Cross went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and reassure me about the procedure. My puppy healed very quickly and was eager to play soon after surgery. I highly recommend this vet!!!

I didnt even have to go to this place to see that they dont care about what they do. I talked to just the receptionist, and I explained to her about my puppy who is throwing up and Ive taken her everywhere and she could die and I was calling everywhere, and the first thing she said was "well we dont have any open appointments today" I really wish there was a place that took animals and helped them because they are sick and dying and need help, not because you dont have an appointment open. My puppy is sick and could die, I dont care about your "non avalilible appointments" so upset!!

The place does look small and a bit inconspicuous , but the love, care, and attention inside is palpable. The lady before me who posted a one star review (M.O), allegedly wanted to go back to the surgery room but thats not allowed obviously during surgery. From her facebook posts which Ive read , she has written aggressive tendencies towards the vets. If I lived closer and my cats liked their crates more, i would drive the distance. This vet literally does everything they can to help all pets alike. Do not overlook them because of a low star rating.

When I came down to Florida to visit family the warm weather and fleas wreaked havoc on my poor doggy with sensitive skin. He was miserable and I couldnt wait until I went back up north to get him checked out, but was concerned about how much the vet trip would cost me in Florida. The exam fee was waived because it was my first visit, and the medicine was reasonably priced! My pup was nervous but Dr. Rachael made him feel comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Last Monday, 10-12-15, I took my kitten to Privileged Critters. She was 8 months old and had breathing problems. They took her in immediately and took an X-Ray within 20 minutes. Then sent us to an animal hospital. She did pass away that day because she has fluid in her lungs and had a 1 out of 10 chance of living. But this place was so incredible with my Gracie. We take all of our pets here and I love every single person who works there.

I have been taking my cats to Priviledged Critters for the last 5 years. They are the most caring animal hospital I have ever been to. Everyone there is so nice and understanding and they always make you feel like they truly care as much about your pets as you do. Their prices are super affordable and I always recommend them to friends and family. You will not regret making Priviledged Critters Animal hospital your #1 pet doctor!
