Worst doctors office EVER!!! i would give ZERO stars if i could! OFFICE HOURS: expect to wait at least 1-3 hours for any appointment unless its at 9:00 am in which you will never see the doctor, you will ONLY see the nurse practitioner. OFFICE STAFF... extremely rude and each individual will give you a different answer about everything! They will tell you that the doctor delivers at Hackensack with no further information. What they will NOT tell you is that the Doctor ONLY delivers at Hackensack If you make arrangements with him and he agrees or if your baby is a high risk baby. NURSE PRACTIONER: She is SUPER nice and you will hope and pray and wish that she could deliver your baby but SHE CAN’T! She puts your mind at ease for a lot of issues but doesn’t matter she won’t be the one delivering your baby. DOCTOR: You will see him and he will act like you guys are BFF’s, fist pumps and all, however he doesn’t know you or your name until he looks at your chart. You are merely a number at that office and your first step in that office you will surely know the meaning of that. 98% of the time there are no seats in the waiting room because they are overbooked with too many patients. My first trimester I lost 12 pounds from bad morning sickness. After morning sickness ended I gained 5 pounds.. FIVE POUNDS… he looked at my husband and said “do me a favor brother… STOP FEEDING HER” I was 20 weeks and had only gained 5 pounds the entire pregnancy up to that point! He will answer phone calls while in the room with you and then be completely lost during the visit. He will tell you “I want an iron test next time I see you, then next time you go in no one has an records of him saying that (because of course you probably won’t see HIM the next time) EMERGENCIES.. They don’t care about a single emergency and will send you to the hospital EVERYTIME. They will ask the most minimal information and send you on your way to the ER! Note that in an emergency DO NOT go to Hackensack because this doctor isn’t even LISTED as a practicing doctor at Hackensack! If you do end up going to Hackensack you will end up seeing a resident doctor which ends up being better in the long run! MEDICAL RECORDS: you will get the run around in regards to how to obtain your own records. “Your new doctor needs to fax a release form”, “ You need to go to the office to sign a release form then they will call you when the records are ready”, or the best one yet “The doctor needs to review your records and he will let you know if he gives permission to release them or not”. Stay clear of this office by all means necessary!

Worst experience we ever had. Zero caring or bedside manners. This monster turned a routine outpatient procedure into 28 hours in the hospital by ignoring 20+ calls from ourselves, all relatives, nurses, etc. He only responded every 6 hours when we had hospital administration call him to inform him we were switching doctors. He waited 18 hours before booking the surgery room, and stalled every 6 hours (when confronted by the nursing staff) by scheduling a new ultrasound each time. One of the ultrasounds was for bladder stones (we were there for a miscarriage). He scheduled that when the nursing staff asked him for the test orders he promised 8 hours earlier. He just scheduled an unrelated random test because "he didnt know how to do the paperwork for the right one." We never saw the guy in person, after waiting 28 hours for him to show up. In fact, he never showed up and another MD had to fill-in for him. I only spoke with him for 15 seconds after the administrative staff got him on the phone and forced him to talk to me. I was even kind on the phone with him then, as I am typically a passive understanding person. He literally didnt care, even on the phone. Zero sense of anything being wrong or sympathy. I hear hes a "great doctor," but how can he be? Half the job of a doctor is personal skills and communication with the patients. And he scored off the charts negative in that area. He didnt even show up, and left us holding the massive, unnecessary bill as a result, one jn which Im sure the insurance company will deny. Weve never had a worse experience in our lives. Take your chance and trust the other reviews that are oddly short and identical, or take our word for it. Either, we wish you the best luck in your future.

I got in contact with Dr. Fares office because I had an IUD put in my Lori from planned parenthood in Paterson Broadway. When I went to the same place that put it in because I wanted it removed Lori and her planned parenthood staff tried to convince me to keep it in for another year. Because basically they were not able to remove it if the strings were not visible. How are you going to be able to put a device in but are not able to take it out when desire by the patient. I was not looked by Dr Fares himself but by another great doctor who in a matter of seconds was able to take the mirena out because they have the necessary tools or instruments for very common cases like this (hidden strings) . I am thankful for this Drs knowledge. I am very glad I did not have to have it surgically removed. The removal did not hurt at all. Dr. Fares has very knowledgeable staff and colleagues working with him.

I had been treating with this doctor since January 2012. Dr. Fares was awesome and helped to save my life after I had become severely anemic due to fibroids. Unfortunately, my situation was not fixed with one surgery and it became obvious that Dr. Fares did not believe and/or understand the pain and discomfort I was experiencing when new fibroids returned six months after my myomectomy. The final straw came when I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and a polyp that I was told may or may not be cancerous and was told to wait an additional three months even though I was symptomatic. The two plus hour wait times for my appointment and the horrible front office staff was not a deal breaker, but not feeling like my health was being attended to was the last straw.

I have never been to a OBGYN office and received the treatment I had at this office. The NP Jennifer Enrique took the time to listen to all my concerned and put my mind at ease with the issues we went over. She walked me through everything she was doing. When Dr. fares came in to see me, he introduced himself and even gave me a kiss on the cheek. This was the first time I came to see a male doctor and he made feel me feel very comfortable with everything. At the end of my visit they both were in the room with me and went through the follow up procedures and appointments. I will be coming back to this office and doctors.

Best Doctor Ever and Wonderful Staff!! Dr. Diarbakerli is not only the best at his craft but he is an amazing human being. He is an expert nonetheless. Takes time to answer your question. Very kind and professional. I was able to have a safe and healty precious boy thanks to god and him. I dont have the words to express my gratitude to Dr. Fares for all he has done for my family, (mother and sisters) and my self. I love his staff as well, but Christine is above and beyond.
