The lobby women are so terrible and rude. I have been waiting for a call to get my Birth Control shot for 3 months. My mom kept calling them to know wth is going on. The lady had my mom on hold for 10 minutes so my mom hung up and called back. Another lady picks up the phone and my mom asks what happened to the other lady bc she left her on hold and she said shes in the bathroom. Yeah for 10 minutes? She didnt even give us any info about the medication. I do not recommend this place if you want to get things done in a snap. Please go somewhere else. Please. Just not here. It may be the closest but you will have the most trouble and stress smh. They always make things so hard. At least Im getting my meds in pill form. I hate these lobby girls with a passion. So careless for their sisters.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Cheatam with regards to my pregnancy. When she told me to go for my first ultrasound, she failed to inform me that I would hear the heartbeat and that my husband should be there as well. So he missed out unfortunately. Then there were many other issues. She said she would get privileges at a certain hospital and she led me to believe it was going to happen. Well about 2 weeks before my due date, there still wasnt an update so I changed doctors. Best decision I made because the other doctor was so much better. With regards to appointments, many times I had to wait from 45 min to 1 hr. I thought it was normal until I switched to the new doctor and never had to wait for more than 15 minutes. So obviously it is not a normal office.

I made my first appointment at 5:30 as a new patient. I called to change the time and they never had my information in the system. Then they told me as a new patient Id have to wait until the middle of July, I was okay with this. Then they told me that I would have to be seen in the morning and no later than 4:30PM, which is the time I am working..despite them having evening hours until 6:30pm. I asked if I could be seen at 5 or 5:30 as this was the time they had given me first. She said no, only 4:30pm. no exceptions

Ive been going to Dr. Cheatam for about 4 years now and I love everything about her and her staff. They do their best to be accommodating to my busy schedule and last minute changes. I love the extended hours that help with my busy schedule, not to mention that Dr. Cheatam bubbly personality is contagious. She was so warm during my first gynecologist appointment that I felt so comfortable I thought I had been going there for years.

My daughters experience is terrible...she needed copies on her results and they wouldnt give her the copies! They wanted to charged $1.00 a page which is ridicules. This office is terrible and a rip off on your own documents in which are paid for by her and her insurance. DONT GO TO THIS DR. ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IS TAKING YOUR MONEY AND MORE. Go to yelp before going to this doctor...many bad reviews

Dr. Cheatam has been my Obgyn for years. I will not go to any other. Her bedside manor is the best I have ever seen in any of my doctors (and I have many I see). Her office staff is always very pleasant to me when I am there and they all seem to know what they are doing. Her office is always VERY CLEAN and thats so important to me. Sandy her office manager is the sweetest lady in the world. 5 star office

DR. CHEATAM IS BY FAR THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. BOTH HER AND THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLY ACCOMMODATING. THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY GRACIOUS. THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IS THE FUNNIEST GIRL I HAVE EVER MET. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TALKING TO HER! OVERALL, GREAT OFFICE.

Well I was looking forward to making an appointment with Dr.Cheatam who has received so many accolades . However, in calling they were not very understanding or patient with me. Little did they know it was my first time making an appointment with a gynecologist .

I took my wife to see Dr. Cheatam. It was her second time at an obgyn and it is her first pregnacy. It was hands down the best experience I have had at a doctors office and my wife is very happy. Glad we found such a great doctor.
