Office was very clean. I arrived 15 minutes late which i was not penalized for at all. Everyone was extremely thorough from the assitant to the dentist to the dental hygenist..she discovered a few things wrong with my mouth which i thought where just normal so i appreciate that. I got a deep teeth cleaning because it had been a while for me..and because of this i had to have two separate things done to my teeth. They emphasized what i needed to do to better my teeth and she kind of hinted that i should get my wisdom teeth pulled but didnt pressure me into it because they dont cause me problems. Plus im afraid to . Overall this is by far the best dentist office iver ever been to! I cant wait to get my cleaning finished and get them whitened! Over all pleased! Oh one thing there was a discrepancy with the cost i think it was just due to the assitant not informing the receptionist but it honestly was not a problem. The assitant said one price and the receptionist said another but when i told her she happily said "ok no problem" and i was charged the correct amount. Highly recommend this place‼️‼️

Realistically I reviewed this place several times before going because I dont have dental insurance and I was trying to assure that the doctor was going to be really and reasonable pricing, but thats not the case everyone was very nice and very professional. The doctor told me I had 10 CAVITIES, I needed an EXTRACTION, and also a CROWN. Total expenses was going to be 3,000$. I am only 20 years old to have an extraction. I decided to go to my nearest location Spring Complete Care Dentistry and told me that I only have 3 cavities and I need a root canal with 1 crown. With total expenses of 1,500$. This place is a total scam worse experience ever.

Waiting for over two weeks to get a price on my treatment plan. They said their email is down. Really? They are never available because they outsource their inbound calls. I received two postcards in the mail which I showed during my first appointment for free whitening. The receptionist just handed the card back to me. Also, they claim to a part of the In-Network MetLife Dental which they are not. The postcard claimed $0 out of pocket for cleaning and exams. They billed MetLife Dental $409.00 for cleaning and x-rays. MetLife Dental paid the In-Network cost of $167.00. I am still waiting for a invoice that states that it is paid in full.

This place is highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment via zoddoc it was confirmed. My case was urgent. The receptionist was so rude and she said I dont have your appointment listed although I showed her it was confirmed. She didnt offer to help she just said Iam sorry I dont have it. This is the most despicable way of treating a patient. I had to leave and look for another doctor because they are hiring a bunch of unprofessionals and I am never going back to this place!

Everyone was really polite and took good care of me. Dr. Patrick is awesome! I like that Dr.Patrick showed pictures of x-ray and explained what was wrong with my teeth. Hygienst Shawna (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) was really nice. Even though I floss everyday, Ive been doing it wrong and missed a few spots due to crowded teeth. She explained how I could take better care of my teeth and took the time to show me how to properly floss my teeth. Would come back.

Absolutely surpassed my expectations. I found this office online and made an appointment based on the online reviews. I arrived 30 mins late and somehow they managed to squeeze me in! Ariel the Hygientist is so kind, knowledgeable and informative! She is also very passionate about what she does which put me at ease! The dentist was also very helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. Overall excellent staff and exceptional service!

Nice and clean office with several lanes. Staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. I needed to have some work done so they presented various options and did not pressure me to purchase more than I needed. Setup was a little disorganized at first but I was told a new dentist had moved in and the staff needed some time to get accustomed to the new system and office. I imagine things will run more smoothly shortly.

Dr Schulze was wonderful and made it very comfortable and relaxing. I take care of my teeth, but when I wanted to better my care he gave me great tips and advice. I had no cavities, but their was a tooth wanting to thin out and be one so he suggested a product and sent me home with a prescription toothpaste just to make sure it stays good and reverse it. Already booked for next 6 months. I love honest people!

The staff at Dentistry of Highland Village were the best! Very friendly, helpful, professional and informative! We used a Groupon voucher for our visit and we were givin 110% attention and care for our teeth clean. We received x-rays and photos of problematic spots and given advice for next steps forward with no pressure for going ahead with further work that day. Highly recommended!
