I just cant say enough about this dental office. Like most people here in Houston, I am from another state and moved here. It is really stressful finding new doctors in a new city. I found Dr. James Pham via a presentation at my kids daycare and thought Id try, he had great reviews. The front desk greeted me like they have known me for years. They went over every cost before they did anything on my teeth. They were very thorough and informative. I would recommend Dr. Pham and his staff to any friend or family member. If you are especially sensitive while getting your teeth cleaned, ask for the Hygienist named Ana, she is very friendly and tends with extra care.

If Dr. Pham and his team can put sealants and do two teeth extractions from my 11 year old son with autism with ease, they can provide excellent service to anyone...including you! We have been going to Dr. Pham for a couple of years now and my son with autism willingly jumps in the dentist chair and opens his mouth as they put on his favorite Netflix movie "Christmas Mickey" for him! Kudos to the very caring, thoughtful staff that made my son feel completely comfortable! Our whole family has switched over to Dr. Pham as he has proven to be a true professional!

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. The receptionist were very friendly & welcoming. The office was very clean & beautifully decorated. The dentist along with his hygienist were professional & knowledgeable. They all put my kids worries at ease. We were in and out in a little over an hour for a cleaning & a couple of fillings. I will admit I was a little hesitant to bring my kids because I didnt know much about the dentist & to be quite honest really dont like the 242 area, but I am very happy I chose Victory Smiles for my childrens dental needs.

I am so glad I found this place!They completely exceeded my expectations. My daughter was having severe pain and swelling from a wisdom tooth that was coming in. I called around to several places that handle dental emergencies and no one could get us in for at least a day or two. When I called Victory Smiles they were very pleasant and accommodating and got us in within the hour. Our wait time was short and the staff was courteous and professional. With that being said, I plan on bringing the rest of my family in for any future dental needs.

I called on a Friday at 3 p.m. and asked for a Saturday appointment. I was scheduled for that very next Saturday at 10 a.m. I was in excruciating pain and they began treatment that very day and this was my first time to their office. Everyone in this office was beyond wonderful! The breakdown of the treatment plan blew me away. They truly do value their patients and try to work with them. They have worked with me from the time I called. I am beyond blessed that I came across this office and I will recommend them to everyone!

Let me start with the fact that I am very afraid of going to the dentist. I had a bad experience that has kept me away and kept me from taking care if issues with my teeth. When it got to the point where I had no choice I ended up here at Victory Smiles. They are AMAZING. No pain. The doctor is wonderful. His helpers are amazing. I cant believe that I let a bad dentist keep me away from the help me and my kids needed. I will now be getting all of the work done that we need with no worries.

I had a great experience today at Victory Smiles with Dr. Cho and his staff. I have always been very apprehensive going to a dentist in the past, and Dr. Cho was very gentle and sensitive to my feelings, as was his staff. I had a very good cleaning, the best I have had in a very long time, and the work he did was exceptional and without pain. I am definitely pleased with the experience I had with Victory Smiles.

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been too! Very affordable and they take such good care of you. They were awesome with my 2 year old..very patient with him and made him very comfortable during his visit. Ana and Elisa are amazing and took such great care of us. We have been coming here a few years. The staff us wonderful. I love the seasonal gifts that they do. In this case Christmas and my baby was happy with her shopping cart. Also as my older daughter got work done the little one was able yo relax with her big sister and make it more comfortable for both of them. I recommend them every chance I get.

My daughter was so scared of the dentist office. Her first time that she could remember and it went fantastic! The staff was very detailed in explaining what tools were being used and how it would feel. She also got to watch TV which made her feel real comfortable. We are thankful we found this dentist in our area!

Teeth were very clean after Dr. Yei cleaned them. I would suggest the clinic have their employees introduce themselves. I had two separate techs helping in my room and neither one told me their name. As a health care provider, employees need to enter the room and introduce themselves by name.

Woodlands Sole

I have 2 kiddos who are on the spectrum and have sensory issues. Both kids hate doctors. The dentist and his staff were wonderful with my kids and made it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Victory Smiles to all families with young kids, especially ones with fears or sensory issues.

Positive experience! If you have ever had a dentist give you local anesthetic to numb your mouth for fillings etc you know what those injections in your mouth feel like. But this dentist was so gentle I didnt feel those at all. He takes his time to make everything turn out good.

Very fast to make appointments, if you need work done they also do it same day. Most places Ive been to tell you what you need done then schedule you to come back for work to be done. Not here. Get in get out. Staff very friendly, clean office... Makes everyone feel welcomed.

For someone who dreads going to the dentist I found the entire staff was very compassionate and caring. They made a petrifying experience for me - (receiving a filling) quiet pleasant! The dentist was very good and I have no hesitation in recommending this office !

I had a tooth that was aching for several weeks. Other doctors had said I needed a root canal. Dr. Pham did a conservative filling with a special technique that has prevented me from needing a root canal. Highly recommend Dr. Pham and Victory Smiles!
