I made an appointment for 5:00pm when the office called to verify I confirmed my appointment but stated I might be 10 minutes late , she stated that was more than fine. I arrived at 5:10 pm and the doors were locked and all lights off. when I knocked on the door a young girl came behind the reception area with a trash bag and had a very surprised look on her face a scurried away. Next a lady came to open the door and said can I help you? I said I have an appointment that was confirmed this afternoon, she said well we close at 5:00 . I said well I had an appointment at 5:00 and confirmed at said I would be late and was told that was alright, she argued she was told nothing but would I like to see if "she " can still help me? I said can I please speak to someone in charge she said she is the one in charge. :/ Then said we lock the doors at 5:15 every evening. I said maam It is just now 5:15 so you locked the before 5:15pm she then told me she was told to lock them I then said you just said you were the one in charge.... right? and she offered that the person who was supposed to be working on be lives in Katy and she can see IF she is still there to help me, I said no I would like to speak to the owner because this person named Allison was not treating me like a patient she should have said I am sorry we might have missed you on the books ( or whatever happened) please come in and we will have you taken care of. In stead of acting like I am the one at fault and I left there crying. I really will not recommend this place to anyone. VERY unprofessional manager.

I have been going to Dr. Purdues office for over 5 years. She is an excellent dentist. I had a difficult crown repair. That evening, she was in labor with her twins at the hospital and called to see if I was alright. I dont know many dentists who do that. I had have many fillings and crowns done since then. Their prices are much more reasonable than most if not all dentists in the Woodlands area. If something does not feel right, Dr. Purdue is very patient in working to make it perfect. I do see many, many children in there when I go. The comment about the fear of child molestation is ignorant and inaccurate. All the rooms are open concept with no doors. Patients are even visible from their hallway, which is actually the only reason I am not giving them 5 stars. I like to be in the room with the door closed. I think a parent is ignorant that does not ask questions about the procedure before they make the appointment. I am not sure, but I would assume they do not work on uncooperative children because these specialists may administer some type of anesthesia. I do think the office staff may need to be trained to offer information on the process they use to work on children.

We called about a week ahead to setup an appointment for a child whom we are adopting. When I called them and explained that our son is special needs and needs to be seen by a dentist as soon as possible per CPS requirements they said they would accept him as a new patient. We setup an appointment, completed all of the forms ahead of time and arrived early just in case. When we got there they said they couldnt accept him because he was special needs. They wouldnt sedate him because of his physical status. We explained that he just needs an exam and cleaning and wouldnt need to be sedated. They refused to do it even though they originally said they would. We may be reported now for not having his exam done within the allotted time for adoption placement rules. What a waste of time, gas and effort to be told one thing and find out the truth is something else.

I have been taking my kids there for the past 3 years and I have no complaints. My boys tend to do better without their mother sitting there for them to whine to. My children are never scared to go to the dentist because the doctors are gentle and make them feel like they are doing an awesome job. I go back with my two year old and am totally satisfied with that. I let my boys know just how proud of them I am when they come out and that positive reinforcement and indepence helps them. To those whom have negative reviews, I really hope you found a dentist to meet all of your needs but as far as this office goes, I am quite content.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I took my 3 year old daughter here. They told me the same thing that I could not go back with my little girl, that the doctor needed to see her alone. WTF! A doctor was just arrested for molesting over 100 kids and now you are going to tell me that a dentist needs to be alone with my child? again WTF? The staff is very rude, and unintillagent. When I protested this they side that they dont treat children and that I needed to leave. If that was so why didnt they say so when Imade the freaking appointment. Its called a brain use it!

I, too, am surprised at the negative reviews here (Google+). I had to find a dentist quickly due to a filling falling out; I called Friday afternoon of last week and they were able to schedule me first thing Monday. I was in and out in a few hours, and they did an excellent job of fixing my missing crown (Ill be back to get the permanent crown in a few weeks). The dentist was very competent and she was able to explain the options and procedures to me in an understandable manner. The staff was efficient and courteous to me before and after my visit.

Decided to give North Forest a try since my last dentist office (Conwood Dental FYI) kept screwing up my appointment dates and THEN wanted me to pay the $25 missed appointment fee....I dont think so. Dr. Kennedy is absolutely awesome! She is the sweetest and is very informative about recommended oral care and treatments. Hailey her assistant is just as lovely. Go see them, you wont regret it!

The dental assistant Daniella and the dentist was awesome. I have been going to the same dentist for years and have no need to go back. The staff at North Forest were exceptional. They did a thorough exam and cleaning. Both the dentist and dental assistant were patient and explained to my son and I recommended services. I will refer my family and friends.

2 days ago I was in severe pain and I called to this dentist office to see if they could see me rigth away I spoke with The manager about my pain and symptoms and she put me for an appointment right away. The staff treated me very well everything was done well and very professional I will recommend this office to friends and family (:

My family and I are patients of Dr. Perdue and Dr. Kennedy and we love it! Dr. Perdue is very patient and gentle and makes sure my kids do not get scared. My husband is a patient of Dr. Kennedys and he loves it. They always work with our schedule and their staff is awesome! I am so glad we found a dentist our whole family can go to!
