I unreservedly recommend choosing Spring Complete Care Dentistry! William E. Tanner, Professor Emeritus Texas Womans University My first visit to Spring Complete Care Dentistry occurred when I was visiting Spring and broke a tooth eating peanut brittle. Frankly I called this office because it was closest to my location. The caring, friendly professional greeting and treatment welcomed me just as if Id been at home in Dallas at the office to which Id been using for 25 years. The treatment was so fine that I continued there even though I had not moved to Spring at that time (I was anticipating a move). Now, I live in Spring, and I have continued to see Dr. Jeff Tan whose professionally and expertise astound me. I am as happy with his treatment as I was with Dr. Fickeys wonderful professionalism; Dr. Fickey was my wonderful dentist for 25 years before I moved to Spring in 2013. In addition to Dr. Tans experienced hands, any visitor to his office will be over joyed to meet Maria, as well as his assistants in Dr. Tans office. If you need an appointment, Marias friendly, helpful know-how and commitment to your needs will overwhelm you, as it did me when I made my very first call to Spring Complete Care Dentistry several years ago. As an octogenarian with many years of seeking help needed in a timely manner, I appreciate the generous, helpful response from Maria as well as the staff at Dr. Tans Office. William E. Buyer beware. Overpriced. Misdiagnosis. Poor workmanship. Horrible customer service. Shady referrals. Novice skill sets. I had to fight for a partial refund and Im still out $THOUSANDS$ and had to have a different dentist fix Jeff Tans shoddy work @ 22619 Aldine Westfield Road. Dont let Jeffs nice guy demeanor fool you. He is completely driven by greed instead of quality dental care and would even go as far as saying that he will discretely destroy your teeth while youre sedated and distracted watching Netflix in order to "gain" your repeat business for MANY YEARS to come. Jeffs pattern of behavior is to deny your existence in their database for patients that have figured out that hes nothing more than a crook wearing a dentists uniform. Next, hell probably ask for my full name and social security number over the internet so that he can violate HIPAA compliance rules. Which is about as secure as Jeff asking me to take a pic of my credit card (front and back) then send it to him via email. Dont wonder why theres only 2 cars in the parking lot. One car is Jeffs and the other car is his "sucker" for the day. Avoid this business at all costs and definitely get a 2nd opinion if you dont have a choice but to go to this mildewed and dilapidated building.

Nice office and staff. Dr. Tan is very knowledgeable and people orientated. I am very apprehensive when it comes to visiting the dentist and getting dental work done. He very passionately listened to my concerns, spoke positively - yet constructively to me regarding my current situation, which seems overwhelming to me and offered options to make having the work I need done easier, physically and financially. He advised I could consider a sedative to help calm my anxieties and suggested I could consider participating in an insurance plan that would save me about 20%. He is also very honest about what he tells you and let me decide what was best for me. Meaning, I didn’t feel he was trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. Although, he did stress there were some things I needed to address ASAP. With this is mind and proper scheduling of his affordable services, I think I am in great hands and strongly suggest to anyone whom reads this and is looking for a dentist, you simply must meet Dr. Tan.

A quiet and relaxing environment with comfortable place to rest and variable things to drink, films and tv series you can choose. The stuff are friendly and helping me taking dental pics. Dr. Tan is very patient and skillful in the shots of anesthetic. And during the extraction of the wisdom tooth, Dr. Tan is very professional to have the work done in less than 30 seconds and no pain at all! Dr. Tan is very nice, he gives after extraction instruction and calls afterwards to check on my conditions. They are professional and friendly, the cost is reasonable, so I make my second visit shortly and I think he will be my dentist afterwards. Great stuff, professional skills, comfortable environment, easy to find and park.

The office manager was so great to fit me in last minute when I knew I was having major teeth issues. No other dentist did this even after telling them my situation. Then when the dentist looked at my xrays he said you look all good. I almost fell over, since I came in just "knowing" that I had multiple cavities. Turned out that a previous dentist just did not 100% get a couple fillings perfect and so there was some discoloration in those areas, which I thought were cavities. The dentist could have 100% sold me on a crown, root canal, or just about anything since I had never even heard this is possible. But he was HONEST! He explained why I saw the discoloration and the cause behind it. I cant recommend them more, it was so nice to get friendly helpful honest and cost effective dental work (or in this case just an exam, yippee!)

I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Dr. Tan is personable as well as professional. Both he and his staff make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Tan had to continue some work from a previous dentist due to a move in addition to some new dental work. He was very thorough in his description of all procedures to include other viable procedure options, costs and length of time to complete each one. He informs you of what he is doing during the procedure(s); which I like. I have lower back problems which he and his staff are aware of and make accommodations. I believe I hit the dentists jackpot when I discovered Dr. Tan and his staff! I highly recommend Dr. Tan for all of your dental needs, to include your entire family. He is great with kids!

As a first time patient, I was very pleased with the services provided. Dr.Tan possesses excellent qualities and compassion for his patients and practice making the visit very comfortable and reliable as a place to visit for necessary dental needs. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful which promote a sense of ease to their clients. Payment plans are very reasonable and detailed to assist with the financial stress that may keep patients from seeking much needed dental care. Looking forward to future visits to bring me back to a smile Ive been afraid to express. Best regards to all the staff and future patients.
