Ive been a patient of Dr. Moon for a little under 10 years and Im not sure I could be any happier with the professionals responsible for my smile. Dr. Moon and his staff will go above and beyond what is just simple courtesy, to make it a comfortable environment for me every time I visit. I dont do a lot of reviews mostly because I get so busy so when I do its because a place Ive visited has been incredibly awful or an all around amazing experience. With that being said; I felt absolutely compelled to share exactly how great it has been for me every time Ive had an appointment. It shocked me to see even a little bit of negative feedback when I went browsing the reviews as with all of the work I have had done plus the many years of cleanings and whitenings that I have had, I can say in all honesty that I look forward with excitement to my opportunities to come see Dr. Moon and joke around with the staff. My entire family are patients now and they couldnt be happier either. I can only tell you so much from these experiences, you have to go see for yourself! However, I was in the waiting room a few months back (I like to get there a little early because parking isnt always great) and Dr. Moon came out to greet me after I had been joking with the staff for a few minutes. Well, we exchanged pleasantries and joked a little bit and it was then I knew I wanted to post a review to let other people know how great my time has been with Moon Cosmetic. In this moment I felt compelled to ask Dr. Moon exactly what it was that made everything coexist in such harmony and kept the staff and patients in such good spirits and so happy every time I come around and he told me, without hesitation "because I care. Those words said it all. I could see the sincerity in his eyes and his dedication has been evident to me for so many years as a long time patient. This is what you get when you go there. You dont just get the 20+ years of experience and professionalism, but you get a health care professional that genuinely cares about your needs and will spend the extra time, do the additional work and go the extra mile for you. And its been this way for me since day one. Tammys awesome, shes my maintenance drill sargeant. Jennys my girl she helps me with my flossing technique to make sure its up to the standard. Love these guys!!

I have been going to the dental cosmetic center of Houston since 1992. When dr Pumphrey ran this practice is was spot on. Ever since Dr Moon took it over is has gone to the dumps. I went in on April 14th 2015 for a cleaning and was told I need two crowns put on. So I agreed to have it done. So Dr Moon sent me home with both temporary crowns gouging the side of my mouth. I was numb when I left his office so I didnt feel it. the next day I was in pain from the sharp points creating holes in the side of my mouth. So I go back the next day and they fix the issue. My girlfriend had work done by him as well and her temporaries broke. She tried to call the office and no answer. for 2 weeks dr moon disappeared. Not letting anyone know where he went or what. I sent someone by the office and it was all locked up. He did not have a message on his recorder or anything. So for almost 3 weeks he disappeared with no answer. So I go to another dentist to have my work completed. Then he reappears after almost 3 weeks of no answer. Doors being locked and told me he moved. So now that I have had to get a REAL dentist that actually cares for his patients finish the shotty work that he did. The new dentist could not believe the crap work dr moon did and that he disappeared for 3 weeks. So Dr Harrison who is a wonderful dentist took care of my teeth. So now Dr, Moon wants to be paid in full for work he did not complete. I have no problem paying for the crap temps he put on my teeth but I damn sure am not paying for the complete job. Then to take it a step further he billed my insurance company for a complete job. and got funded. I have the insurance company investigating his claim of completing the job and he will be nailed to the wall. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. READ HIS REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SPEND A DIM E WITH HIM> HE IS A CROOK MAKES FASLE CLAIMS TO INSURANCE COMPANIES AND WILL SCREW YOU JUST LIKLE HE DID ME!!! well I am not one to take a screwing lightly and he has what is coming to him. Oh and the good reviews he has are his employees writing them to offset all the bad reviews. DR Moon if you read this why dont you MAN up and call me back.

Beware people this place is a joke. Im a former employee I quit on 4/14 and till this day I HAVE NOT GOTTEN PAID!!!! The owe me 2 pay periods and nothing. Ive called a thousand of times but I always get the after hours voicemail which is non sense because Im calling ALL day. They lure people in by lying to them & Im taking about both patients & staff. The Dr is so bi polar one moment hes okay & the next hes throwing stuff inside his office, yelling & cussing. Thats not safe... What if one day he decides to throw something at you because things didnt go his way!!!! He keeps the patients waiting a long time to be on his phone yelling inside his office. Patients are always calling that theyre very upset its crazy. They hire people telling them "This is a new office and were building it from the ground up" but they also leave out that hes bankrupt and will not pay you on time. Im not the only former employee he has done this too, there are a couple of them that he gave them checks & they BOUNCED & some he just doesnt pay them like me! My 1st paycheck I got in time but the 2nd i had to wait to wait to days after my pay period to receive it. I have not received my check witch I was suppose to receive it on 4/11 but you guess it nothing, not a single dime! They just give you excuses that they dont have money... So if you dont have money WHY HIRE PEOPLE?????????????????????? I quit on a Thursday & they told me to come back on Saturday to receive my check (btw I live in Spring) so I drive all the way over there so they could just tell me "Im not paying today wait until Tuesday & I will be paying my employees that are still with me first" like how rude you need to pay who you owe first and plus you wasted my gas just to tell me you did t have my check.

My experience was very very good. To begin with Tiffany was so warm and welcoming, smiling and very courteous towards me.. Then there was Tammy. she was awesome. She was funny, kept me laughing, she has a beautiful spirit. Doctor Moon is the best ever. He is awesome. So kind , wonderful spirit very caring and want to make sure I am taken care of. ., last but not least Joaquin was very very nice. He is also caring and explained my treatment needs to me step by step. All in all the staff is great. They made me feel as though I was family, concerned about me and my needs. Hardly any wait time. It was a great day at Moon Dentistry
