My children and I have always been very taken care of and treated so kindly by everyone behind the front desk. Tia was exceptional with my children and my own personal nervousness. Then why the 2 stars? The front desk receptionist Paula, ruins any good that comes with this office. She throws snarky comments out in conversation that are completely unnecessary. She is stuck in a rudimentary stage in regards to her social skills. She has a difficult time thinking before she speaks. The last straw was today 5/30/2017 when my husband showed up for his appointment, he was treated very poorly. I called Paula a week ago and informed her my husband was recently retired from the military and desperately needed dental work. I also informed her of his serious anxiety that came with being seen. It took me literally calling and forcing him to go to get him to be seen. She wanted paperwork printed out and filled out before hand or he needed to arrive early. Our computer the night before decided to not cooperate and we were unable to print the paperwork out. This was followed by a "not off to a good start" comments. Then she runs his DOD number only to find out his benefits for dental were never updated. So she proceeds to lecture him on how inconvenient it is for their business because they blocked a time off for him and so on all while clipping her nails at the desk. None of this was his fault and the guilt trip was uncalled for! Yes Paula, you did apologize on the phone when I called and canceled my entire families future appointments (family of 5) . And no, I was not at this appointment with my husband but I do believe him because of the first hand experiences I have had with you the last couple of years. You also admitted to saying the things you did to my husband on the phone with me, by correcting the discourteus behavior when I didnt say it correctly back to you. Regardless, this family of 5 will be heading to another dental office in town. Yelm Prairie Dental is wonderful BEHIND the front desk. My family of 5 just couldnt take the boorish behavior from the front any longer.

I broke off my front tooth when I was in third grade. I am now 34. I have had horrible experiences at the dentist. I have always been self conscious of my smile. I was finally done with it! I needed it fixed! I researched dentist in my town and was unable to find a dentist I could trust, as so many had let me down over the years. After further research I found Dr. Leanne Campbell at Yelm Prairie Dental. Even though she was an hour away from my house I felt confident that I had found the one, finally after years of botched jobs!!! I enjoyed reading about her credentials, continued education, plus she seemed to have a passion for teeth! Sounds good on the internet right? Well I booked my first appointment and she was everything I was hoping she would be! Her staff made me feel extremely comfortable with their warm blankets and down to earth attitudes! Dr. Campbell was extraordinary! Personable, kind, and she really did have a passion for teeth! After all was said and done my mouth looks amazing! My bite is finally corrected, my front tooth looks it belongs in my mouth and I smile constantly now with confidence! Thank you Dr. Campbell and staff for all your hard work! It really paid off! I would highly recommend Yelm Prairie Dental to EVERYONE! Thanks again! You ladies have no idea how much it means to me!

Finding a new dentist after moving is generally a much hated chore, but this time it was very easy thanks to the wonderful people at Yelm Prairie Dental. The staff is amazing. Paula, the receptionist, was very helpful in sorting out an insurance issue along with very kindly working around our complicated schedules to get all three of my children seen at once, while not missing school. The hygienists were all amazing. They each took the time to show us proper brushing and flossing techniques and were very patient with my children. I had a filling that needed replaced and Dr. Osolin was incredibly patient and understanding of my dental anxiety. I didnt feel any pain at all during the entire procudure and am very happy with the work done. Prairie Dental has been wonderful and we will continue to use them for our future dental needs. I highly suggest them.

I have had many dentists in my life and I have to say that Yelm Prairie Dental has been my favorite! I feel very welcomed by their friendly staff. They do good, quality work on my teeth that is pain free! Dr. Campbell is very friendly and always makes sure to go out of her way and talk to me and ask how my experience was. She really seems to know what she is doing and gives great advice. My tongue has been tied since birth and they offered to clip it at a very reasonable price. I had the procedure done successfully with ZERO pain! I am very happy to have more mobility in my tongue thanks to everyone at Yelm Prairie Dental. They are very professional with their work. Everyone here is amazing.

I am very discriminating when it comes to dentistry and I can say without reservation the Dr. Campbell is the best in her field. Dr.Campbell "reinvests" in herself by attending advanced seminars and workshops in the latest proven dental techniques and trends. She is always striving towards perfection in her craft. You will feel in very good hands as a patient here. In addition, the staff are all very professional, kind, and caring. Especially Paula, Peggy and Tia.

I cannot express how much, how deeply I love Dr. Campbell, Paula, Peggy and Tia. They are best group of ladies that have done a miracle on my mouth. I still have a lot of work on my part which Dr. Campbell made me promise to keep doing. And she made me promise cause she REALLY cares. They are really good about letting me make payments when the insurance does not cover everything. I would recommend Yelm Prairie Dental to anyone and everyone. Thanks to Dr. Campbell I can now smile and not be ashamed or afraid of my smile.

I love Dr. Campbell. Today she realigned my bite. This is something that I didnt think would make a big difference, but was I surprised. Her gentle hands and skillful techniques now have me chewing with a more balanced chew making it easier on my back molars and letting my front, stronger molars take the majority of my bite. She did this by continually checking my bite and filing small portions of teeth to give me an amazing balanced bite and more relaxed jaw muscles. Thank you Dr. Campbell!! You are amazing!

Just completed 3rd session at Yelm Prairie Dental and it was excellent. In just one hour Dr. Campbell fixed my bite and now my back teeth touch each other thereby reducing further wear and tear by more evenly distributing the contact points. I also really loved the silver diamine treatment that has now completely put all of my tooth decay on a permanent halt!!!! The staff is wonderful, the scheduling is seamless and I would recommend this place to anybody!!!
