I grew up going to dentists that dealt with patients in mass numbers which made you feel like you were another mouth they were eager to deal with to move on, and I hated it. They usually did poor work, the wait to see the dentist during appointments were long, and the desire to actually pay money out of pocket for much needed work was non-existent because you just didnt want to go back. However, Estrella Falls Dentistry is absolutely my favorite dental experience and Dr. Jay and his staff are always friendly and conscientious of their patients. Plus, the place is nice, and actually feels relaxing. There are always rarely other patients there when I go in and I like that. After two years with them, I ended up moving a bit farther away and choose to continue to go to them for dental work, even though its a bit of a drive. If they take your insurance (or even if you dont have insurance and can afford it), I totally recommend this dentistry.

Dr. Jay and his staff are absolutely amazing! I broke a tooth in half and made an appt with Estrella Falls after finding tons of positive reviews online. I have a large amount of anxiety when it comes to dental work and try to avoid it if possible. Dr Jays staff were able to get me in immediately. Upon my visit, I found the entire staff to be extremely helpful and informative. Dr Jay took the time to explain step by step what work would be performed and ensured that I was as comfortable as possible during each visit. I walked away from my initial visit and treatment visit with little to no anxiety and now look forward to future visits with Estrella Falls. Thank you Estrella Falls staff for all the care you provide to clients. I will definitely be returning and referring your office to all needing dental care.

Dr. Jay and his staff treat their patients in a very professional and respectful manner. Dr. Jay is very knowledgable, honest and has a great sense of humor. He is also active in the community and his professional organizations. All of these qualities make me feel very comfortable when I am sitting as a patient in the dental chair. The office is beautiful, clean and is equipt with state-of-the art technology. The staff is very helpful and geared towards providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this dental office. I have been to many dental offices in the past and was so happy when I was referred here. I promise that you will not regret the experience and satisfaction you will receive as a patient of this practice.

We have had a difficult time finding a Dentist that was amenable to our Family in terms of catering to our budget, ages, and ability to coordinate with our busy schedule. This, coupled with the fact that we have been exposed to some unethical Dentists in the past that have been managed to make us collectively feel more like we were subject to a "Get em in, get em out" feel. All the Staff were Professional, treated me with respect and displayed patience with both my younger children and older teens (If you are a parent of both child and teen, you can understand how difficult this age range can be). And for me, in addition to other magazines in the waiting area, there are Sports Illustrated magazines. :)

Great, friendly service. I wanted to use Invisalign to fix my sons teeth, and was told by another dentist that he was qualified for it. Dr. Jay was upfront and honest and instead of telling us he could do it and make money, he instead referred us to an orthodontist that could definitely help. All of the staff were attentive and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. They made multiple calls to make sure our insurance covered as much as possible. Even the billing for additional treatments were listed individually and priced so we could see all costs, nothing hidden. We will return to Dr. Jay for our additional dental needs.

I had my first visit with Dr. Jay and his staff and everyone is very welcoming and warm. The office is very nice and well organized. The staff is amazing thus far and treats you with the utmost care! I am happy I am now a patient at Estrella Falls Dentistry! Its hard to find a dentist office who isnt rushed and actually takes their time to educate you on your oral health, Dr. Jay really cares and you can tell through his practice. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist, great staff all around, and a wonderful experience!!

I have been going to Dr. Jay for about a year now and am so relieved I have found a dentist office that I actually love! All of the staff are courteous, thoughtful, and competent! They know you and remember specific details about you and your oral hygiene. They give awesome referrals to orthodontist, and oral surgeons and quite frankly I couldnt be happier. I love this private practice and will not be going anywhere else as long as I live in Phoenix! Keep up the good work

Updated review - Looking back I cant believe its been 2 years!! Dr Jay and his staff really make it a pleasant experience! Who loves going to the dentist?! I know it isnt one of my favorite places but the staff there really makes it as pleasant as possible. Started taking my teens to see him a few months ago and they even like it. Anytime I hear someone say they need to go to a dentist I tell them I have an awesome one to refer to! Thanks Dr. Jay and staff!!

I am glad I switched to Estrella Falls Dentistry. Dr. Jay and his staff are professional, friendly and take the time to answer your questions. Appointments run on time and they are willing to work with your schedule. I receive a reminder about my appointment via text about a month and then a week before my appointment. The waiting area is warm and inviting. Other areas such as the bathroom and exam rooms are clean and well maintained. Will recommend.

I have been seen twice by Dr. Jay - once for a consult and just recently had a cavity fill. I have never had this great of an experience with any other dentist. All the staff are kind and welcoming. I have yet to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I am usually a nervous wreck about dental work, but felt so at ease for the fill and experienced NO discomfort at all! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jay and the staff at Estrella Falls Dentistry.

I absolutely love this office. It had been more years then I am willing to admit since I had seen a dentist due to extreme anxiety. Dr. Jay and all of the staff here are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and talk you through every step of your procedure as well as going over your insurance and financial options. They are a great bunch of people and with each visit my anxiety has lessened knowing I am in good hands.
