WTF JUST HAPPENED? Worst experience ever and didn’t even get an adjustment. Tonight my wife and I wanted to order take out, because we had our ONE YEAR OLD daughter ASLEEP in the backseat and had decided on Goodfellas, the Italian restaurant just next door. When we pulled into the parking lot when we saw “$19 Adjustments” on the sign out front and she ask me to get some information, if they were still open (it was 6:30pm and the close at 7pm). So, we parked in ONE of the TWO EMPTY SPACES out front where we decided on a to-go order. I went into this office, where I met the receptionist and Shelby Douglas (the on-site chiropractor, as it turned out). I asked several questions about their service and prices, to which Shelby showed me through their brochure and pricing packages. At first, everything seemed fine and he was really nice, but he said “we couldn’t adjust you tonight, because we’re about to close in a few minutes”. I completely understood, being there were about to close and told him were picking up a to-go order next door when we saw their sign. I proceed over to the restaurant and place my order. As soon as I returned to the car, my wife asked to change her order from one pizza to another. So, I ran (literally) back over to the restaurant and told the bartender that took my order what the change was. As I’m walking in, Shelby (the chiropractor from next door) is screaming at me; “HEY! YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR CAR, NOW!” and I said “No problem. I’m making a quick change to my order and I’ll be right back.” to which he replied “FINE! I’M GOING TO HAVE IT TOWED.” “Okay”, I said. As I returned to my car, Shelby is yelling at my wife (with my daughter in the backseat) through the window, saying she needed to move the car and that I was “an ass” for parking it there. When I got back to my car (shocked he was yelling at my wife) I asked “Dude, what are you doing?”, which seemed to really set him off. He proceeded to unload on me saying things like; “I was so selfish for taking this spot” “I only think about myself” and “people that can’t walk need this parking space” among a few other equally ridiculous comments and questions, as he approached me to get in my face. After he crossed into my personal space and I felt he was about to swing at me, I let him know that wasn’t about to happen. Shelby then stormed off saying he was “calling the police” and even went as far to COME BACK OUTSIDE with his phone and write down my license plate number, as I was backing out. We parked two spaces down while we waited for our order. The police never came… WTF? I was not expecting that level of crazy from a “professional”…

Medical Imaging

Having been in the medical industry for the better part of a decade and working with hundreds (literally) of hospitals, medical facilitates, and doctors (I.e., chiropractors, surgeons, etc.), I can honestly say this was the worst experience Ive had, in my profession, dealing with any establishment, ever. Note: this comes after a negative personal experience, not a business experience. However, they will no longer anything from me personally, or professionally.
